Greg responded quickly to an emergency call re. a backed-up toilet in the basement. He investigated and determined that the main drain was at least partially blocked. He then called in John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, who ran 150 feet of snake and unblocked the pipes. The problem is solved. Greg had some practical suggestions for cleaning up the mess caused by the backed-up toilet in the basement and for the future, if this problem reoccurs.

I have called Greg in the past, and he has always responded quickly. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

My condo was without heat the morning of a record-breaking deep freeze not seen in decades. We called many plumbers, mostly got voicemail, and the few live voices we reached said they were only servicing existing clients or boilers which they installed. Then we got lucky and found Greg. He picked up the phone and was willing to come troubleshoot the same day. It involved electrical issues, and he was able to get his electrician to come within the hour. We own several rental properties and have worked with Greg Hale for several years. I have never been in contact with him directly, though. My husband has done all the communicating. When i just called Greg to see if he could replace a faucet in one of our condos with a new stylish looking one, he was incredibly rude to me. Perhaps he doesn't like me. Perhaps he doesn't like women. But after that very tense and jarring conversation, I know we won't be employing him again.
