Called Greg Faulkner Plumbing after receiving a recommendation from my community FB page to have my garbage disposal installed. I called on Monday, and had it installed today (Wednesday). Originally I was scheduled for Tuesday but I had to cancel. Patrick came out to do the install. When I answered the door he was standing holding my Amazon packages that had been delivered (so kind). He was very friendly and honestly it never felt like a """"serviceman"""" was in my house. After doing the install, the disposal didn't work, however he began to troubleshoot everything starting at the breaker box. Turns out it was the GFI outlet that I'd left something plugged into that I know over heats (my mistake). He even offered to put everything back in the cabinet for me once he was finished. When he left, I'd received another delivery and he ever so kindly picked up that package and handed it to me too. This truly was over and above service in every sense. Thank you Patrick for being an asset to not only the company, but for being a gentleman! This will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

They've taken care of seemingly simple things like leaky faucets, a few drain problems, and even disconnected washing machine hoses that were rusted on, right before the movers arrived. Well, I'll start off by saying, I called around several places, all of which saying they'd have to come out and """"quote"""" my issue. So I found Greg. I called to see if he could help me get a PLASTIC panda bear out of my toilet (thank you two year old son for flushing it) I was so panicked because Im young, idk how this stuff works, so Im thinking """"omg this is gonna be so much money, my toilet is ruined, they're gonna have to dig the ground up"""" but no! Greg told me to give him a call when I was off work and headed home and he didn't pull the """"I'll give you a quote"""" move. He told me how much it would be upfront and told me that could change depending on the job. THANK YOU, that's the honesty I need. I called him when I was off work and he told me """"don't worry Panda Express is on the way!"""" I mean, come on, just such an awesome man! He reassured me before starting the job that it would be fine and he'd fix it, and he did! Also he doesn't take advantage, he's a family man, doesn't try to rob you. great pricing! It's hard to find good people let alone people you now trust and will call if you have any other problem in that category! I've referred Greg to all of my family and friends. I will be calling him again soon to install a sink for me! Thank you Greg! Me and my husband greatly appreciated it!
