I had issues with my water pipes freezing. I found this business on google. They answered quick and came out the same day. I was lucky enough to have the owner come out and fix my issue along side an employee. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue in no time. I'm super glad I called them and would recommend their business to anyone. They gave an honest price for the work. I will be using them again if another issue arises.

Someone was supposed to inspect sewer line yesterday Friday, 9/25 at *******, Pasadena, Md - never showed up. Told tenant on Thursday would be back on Friday - tenant stayed home from work - no call, no keeping appointment as promised. That is not right!!! Also, someone supposed to show up on Tuesday, 9/22 but was a no show then. Office called and said appointment would be made up on Thursday but office did not call until until well after appointment was passed. What kind of outfit you running? No five stars from me. At this time maybe not even a one!!

A+ work by a group of A+ people. Matt and his crew made my wife and I feel like a priority not just another customer. We noticed some leakage in our basement. Called Them on a Tuesday afternoon, got us scheduled to check our pipes the next morning. Realized we had old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced, they got us scheduled for the job on that Thursday between 10-12. Thursday morning we get a knock on the door at 9. Working in the service industry myself, I was grateful for the early show lol. These guys took the time to stop what they were doing and answered any question we had, made sure we completely understood what they were doing and why. These guys are definitely my go to from now on.

I highly recommend Greer Water Works! I called the week I needed the work done and they came out for a free estimate and the next day did the job first thing as promised! The owner himself came out to give me an estimate and could not have been more friendly; he even carried my 33"" farm sink into my house for me! They gave me a fair price and scheduled technicians to come the next morning which was much appreciated for a non emergency job! The technicians were fast, friendly, and neat! I will be calling Matt and his team again and recommending their company to anyone in need of a plumber!!

They were prompt and did a great job. We had them re-run plumbing to our gutted out bathroom so we could install an air tub. I didn't realize all the plumbing had to be switched to another wall and than included the main pipe/drain that would is under the tub. They didn't complain, they went out and got the parts and stayed until they got it done.
