I have a water emergency at the Manteca home. I scheduled an appointment at Monday 0810 on Saturday 0808 and no one showed up on Monday. I called and was told my appointment was cancelled. I was shocked, coz I paid my guy waiting at the home at 8am. Do not hire. She would respond that she called to confirm, but i never got her message. the appointment was cancelled without notice

Called for estimate for gas range shut off installation. The service tech that arrived was polite and right on time. He explained all the options, codes and requirements. After inspection he determined it would not be cost effective to do the work. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity. He could have easily pushed for thousands of dollars of work but he showed the company is about doing things right not just doing them for profit.

I called Greer Family Plumbing this morning after discovering that I had a pretty major pipe leaking in my garage. My last plumbing experience with a competitor was horrible (like told me the job was done, took my check and went to get the invoice-when I turned on the water, it flowed out of my cabinet and all over the floor as the ""plumber"" drove away with my check) so I was nervous to say the least.
The dispatcher/receptionist was kind and reassuring, took my basic information and called me back with an appointment time in less than 5 minutes. (Sorry, I forgot her name) she gave me a time frame (less than 2 hour wait, how great is that!) and got the rest of my info. The plumber arrived on time (actually a few minutes early, which I loved), and completed the repair quickly. Jeff was the plumber and he was great! Jeff was also understanding that I am a nurse and didn't want to get too close to him due to the ongoing COVID outbreak.
If you need plumbing work, call these folks, responsive, kind and very fairly priced! Thank you to everyone at Greer Family Plumbing!

Really positive experience.

I will be recommending this Company to all my close friends and family. I had a complicated pipe leak in my yard, and it was a tough situation, but Joey and Vince were both wonderful to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable and also kind and compassionate.

Recently our kitchen sink was draining slowly. We contacted a local drain cleaner service which could not clear the obstruction. I contacted Greer Family Plumbing, Michelle was very helpful and arranged for a plumber to be at my home later in the day. Thirty minutes after the plumber arrived the drain was cleared and verified all connections were water tight. Highly recommend Greer Family Plumbing.

I hired Greer to put in a heavy cast iron kitchen sink a few weeks ago. They were here on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job of installing the difficult sink because it did not fit originally. It looks beautiful, they even found problems that other plumbers left behind (like hot and cold water connections hooked up backwards). A few days later I found a very small leak. They came right out and fixed the problem immediately. So far the best plumbers I've ever used!!

Originally I gave this outfit a 5/5 rating for customer service and timeliness. However with the 2 recent issues requiring multiple visits to fix simple issues I've down graded the rating.
One simple fix required 2 visits.
Another resulted in 3 visits to fix a leaky tank.
