Kitchen sink was backed up, not draining. After several calls to Roto-Rooter and Rescue Rooter I only got dispatchers that could not give an estimate, not even a ballpark or service right away. I found Greeps online, filled out their contact form. Very responsive with time for service call the next day and a firm hourly price and through experience estimated it would be done in that hour... and it was. The cost of this service has gone up since I last needed it but the internet said it was within the range. The service was worth the money.

They were professional, polite and just head's down got the job done. If needed, I will call Greep again.

We had a clogged drain after a 3 day power outage. Greep's was recommended by our regular plumber, so we gave them a call. They came out the same day, which was very much appreciated. The drain was cleared quickly and efficiently for $190. Very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend Greep's and would use them again in the future.

When our dishwasher stopped working I called the manufacture and realized it might be very expensive. I was referred to Paul at Greeps who promptly answered my call and came the next morning. It turned out there was a small clog in a drain filter which they cleared. Bam. Dishwasher starts working again! and even installed an outdoor Spigot. They worked efficiently and communicated to me and my wife along the way. I would highly recommend them as honest and efficient.

These guys do it right. Paul, Dominic and Joey are not only really good at what they do, but also very personable, clean and thorough. My kitchen and laundry drains were completely clogged. They not only snaked it to remove the plug, but made sure it was completely clear by staying and running water for quite a while to make sure it was clear. The whole time they made sure a possibly messy job didn't dirty up my kitchen. They laid mats out and put everything back in place.
They also are replacing a dripping 30 year old fixture in my shower that another plumber said parts were not available and the shower would have to be torn apart to completely replace the fixture tearing the marble in the shower out. Greeps found the parts saving lots of money.

Greep's Plumbing has been out to our Santa Rosa house several times over the last few years. I have a 70 year old house and needed a new toilet 4 years ago. Greep's replaced it very satisfactorily. Recently we put in another bathroom, and last week the toilet that was put in started to leak. Thank goodness my contractor came out and fixed what the plumber he subcontracted with put in so that it would not leak. That got me thinking about what a great plumber Greep's is. The toilet they put in is doing great 4 years later with no leaks.....but the toilet installed just a little over a year ago started leaking. I highly recommend Greep's Plumbing!! I will not use this company again. they came out for 20 minutes and didn't do anything, the son of the business said he would call his dad when I asked him how much it would cost. they had 2 guys for such so I guess they charge double?? anyway 180 dollars I don't have now. it was a waste and the customer service of those guys is on point with a college frat.

edit - after they read this review the owner came out apologized and ended up not charging us. It's nice they did that thanks to the power of yelp.

Greep plumbing is a father son operation. They have been responsive to my needs, and are friendly, and knowledgeable in drain cleaning, faucet replacement, kitchen disposal unit replacement, sewer lines replacement and repair, and toilet repair and replacement. I have not used them in major plumbing jobs. Cost is competitive at $150/hr They apparently do not charge for travel time in the area.
