We called last Wednesday to make an appointment for Monday, never heard from them so called Monday afternoon and told running behind, it will be Tuesday. We called at 11:00 Tuesday and told running behind they will call as soon as they can. We still haven't heard from them. We called Zippy yesterday afternoon and they came at 8:00 this morning. Greenwoods has lost a customer- unprofessional and poor communication.

Phoned Greenwood Sewer Service yesterday to schedule an appointment for today at 2pm. Michele the scheduler leaves me a message at 12:40 today to call her and I return her call within 3 minutes for her to tell me""we wanted to see if we could come out early but never mind I called someone else and by the way we got busy and not sure we will even make it today"". I remind her I had an appt at 2pm. After waiting all afternoon she calls at 4:57pm to let me know they aren't coming out today. When I tell her how unprofessional she is she confirms it by hanging up on me. Steer away from Greenwood Sewer when looking for your next plumber. I tried to post with no stars but Yelp wouldn't let me.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Their service people are rude, ignorant and arrogant. Absolutely horrible customer service.
