Honest company that is affordable. My sewer line was backing up into my basement bathroom floor drain and shower drain. They came out, snaked the line, and didn't try to sell me anything. Gave me advice, and the cost was reasonable and affordable. Will recommend them to anyone needing sewer service.

My main sewer line was clogged..called several places, with no calls back, and rude office help. Greenwood's sewer outta Des moines pulled thro!! Mike and his daughter showed up in less than 10 mins..as they were in my area. :) Took them about an hour or so to get the big clog of famine products out of the line. I was referred to Greenwood's Sewer Service by a local plumber given the complexity of our household issue (kitchen sink backed up and needed to snake the line). Michelle, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She was on target with constant communication, immediate scheduling and extremely pleasant to work with. Mike and Alex arrived on time and in a short time had the problem solved. They were delightful! I would have invited them to stay for dinner and bring Michelle as I felt I made new friends due to such a pleasant experience.

Received exceptional service from both the front office and technicians that showed up. Michele made scheduling the service painless. Gave me a call at work, letting me know they would be arriving in about 15min. Didnt need to take the day off to sit at home and wait.

Mike was experienced and thorough. Had the issues fixed quickly and have had no problems since. The female technican that was working with him was knowledgeable, helpful and cute enough to earn them 6 stars! Unfortunately yelp says 5 stars max.

Called these people out for a sewer problem day before Thanksgiving. I gave them details of our issue, as it was for our business not home and there were problems before. They said they would have someone out in the afternoon. They called back at 1:00 pm and said they had talked to their owner and he wasn't going to send anyone because they didn't want any problems going into the Holiday weekend! Really??? I will NEVER use these people or recommend them to anyone. Unbelievable....

I called Greenwood's Sewer Service on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. I got their 'answering service' which I am not a big fan of but a technician called me back in about 15 minutes. An hour later, they were at my investment property and solved the problem in under an hour. The rates were about $20 less than I would have paid a competitor. When he was done, the tech also took 2 minutes to spray Lysol cleaner and wipe it away with a paper towel. Nice Touch!

Phoned Greenwood Sewer Service yesterday to schedule an appointment for today at 2pm. Michele the scheduler leaves me a message at 12:40 today to call her and I return her call within 3 minutes for her to tell me""we wanted to see if we could come out early but never mind I called someone else and by the way we got busy and not sure we will even make it today"". I remind her I had an appt at 2pm. After waiting all afternoon she calls at 4:57pm to let me know they aren't coming out today. When I tell her how unprofessional she is she confirms it by hanging up on me. Steer away from Greenwood Sewer when looking for your next plumber.

Make sure you have all the facts about this company before you agree to have them perform any service. I would only use them if you absolutely have no other choice. Their service people are rude, arrogant and have absolutely no respect for the customer.

Greenwood Sewer Service was recommended to me. I have used them a few times to unclog my drain line, also they were able to send a snake camera down my drain so I was able to see some roots growing into my pipe.

They aren't polished, but they get the job done, they are on time, they are remarkably knowledgeable and they come at a very reasonable price. (And they accept all payment options!)

I had a clogged mainline in my basement and they were able to get here in a really short time even on a weekend night. The worker was really nice and did the entire job quickly and professionally. I would definitely use again.
