I sadly can not recommend these guys.
I purchased a whole house water softener system and an under sink RO system. I called these guys on a referral to have them install it for me.
I explained what I had and even texted photos. I was assured they could do it. Scheduling was a little hectic, and I had to follow up to be sure I was even scheduled. I looked past this, being it was the holiday season.
Once they showed up, they proceeded to install the whole house system, never having discussed any sort of fee. They seemed bothered by the system and that it was supposed to be wall mounted, so I agreed they could just leave it on the ground. When they were done, it looked like a crazy maze on my wall, but I wasn't going to complain about it.
They came into my house to start the under sink system only to find my sink had no place for the faucet. So they instructed me to go buy a new sink. When I asked what size and what I needed, I was instructed on how to measure it myself and directed to the plumbing supply company to purchase it myself. They told me they would come back after I got the sink to finish the under sink system.
They then handed me a large bill, which I paid. I'm a little surprised that 3 hours was more than$200/hr.
I did measure it and got a new sink. When I called to have them schedule to come install my RO system, I was told they'd come. The day they were scheduled was a freeze day, so I assumed they would reschedule, but I got no notice or communication about it. 3 days later, I received a text telling me they hadn't forgotten me. I asked if they could come the following Monday, as I already had to take time off work. They said yes, but nothing more. So I thought it was at the same time.
Monday came, and I received a text asking me what time. When I told them the original time, they said they thought it was 30 mins earlier, but they'd make it work. Then, 30 mins after that time, I asked if they were still coming, and I was told they were just on their way and would be 30 minutes. I waited patiently. This time, a different guy came to do the job.
He said he'd done lots of RO systems. However, even with the step by step instructions, he took an entire day to install it and still couldn't figure out how to finish it. He asked if he could come back the next day, and I said I couldn't take more time off work. He finally left me to do it. Asking for his payment, of course.
I got it up and running just fine with the directions.
The next day, however, I came into my kitchen being completely flooded and my cabinet under the sink in my brand new home having water damage. I immediately called them to come back and fix the leak, taking yet another day off work, after paying over $1000 dollars to them. I was told they'd be here in an hour. 2 hours later, I reached out asking if they were still coming? It was another 30 minutes before I got the reply they were now on the way.
In the time I was waiting I called the system manufacturer and found out the guy who installed it didn't tighten a valve all the way so it was leaking, which is the cause of the flood and water damage.
When I informed them of the water damage and my fixing it myself, the only reply I received was, "K".
So, for lack of customer service, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and overall lack of care, I sadly leave this review. As I spent the same amount getting my system installed as the system cost and missed multiple days of work and now have water damage to my brand new cabinets.

I had a low water pressure problem in my house so I started to search online to find the possible cause and a good plumber. I got multiple plumbers being recommended by a web house repairing platform which included several big name plumbing companies. After one of the recommended big name which I had good experiences before came and gave me several proposals and quotes. I was surprised about the quotes which are way over of what I found online for fixing a simple PVR replacing project. Then I started looking around online again to find more possible plumbers and accidentally found Greenwize with a few very good reviews. So I took the chance to call them, the owner David answered the call and dispatched his guy Joe to my house within one hours. After some testing the answer is the same, a bad PVR need to be replaced, and I got a quote which is very reasonable ( in line with the average cost of what I found online ). After 3 hours the work is done. During the time, David with James also showed up to bring some necessary parts and help to finish the job. They are polite, knowledgeable, and very detail in what they do. I'm very pleased with their work ! BTW, I have another possible plumbing job for them but after David examined the issue he told me I really don't need to do anything after they finish the PVR replacing project ! Honesty is priceless ! Highly recommended !

David and his crew, I didn't get the other man's name but they were friendly efficient and very reasonable rates. I had a rheem water heater installed in 2020 by Greenwize and they have been having an awful time dealing with a defective part from these rheem models. Thanks for your help, Greenwize! I highly recommend these guys!

I have used Greenwize for years with relatively good satisfaction. However when I recently called for a clogged drain, I experienced poor communication, lack of response, no accountability and basic disregard. He came out and snaked my drain which initially resolved the issue. But 24hrs later it was no longer draining. I reached back out and could never get a time lined up. After providing availability for numerous days, I received text messages merely stating "K" and then was told I'd likely be the last appointment on a Friday. I was never provided a time range and then he never showed.

Did two jobs for us a few months apart - garbage disposal installation and bathroom sink unclogging. Reliable. Timely.

David installed a tankless water heater, replacing my old one that died in the deep freeze. He was easy to work with, wore a mask, and did clean, professional work. Also his rate was very reasonable, especially compared to the gouging bids I got from several other places. I'd work with him again for sure.

David is soooooo awesome! So friendly and professional. Wore a mask. There was a hiccup in the job but still very reasonable price and a joy to chat with while he worked. Very educational.

We were disappointed with the service we received from David and his team during a big broken pipe issue he was fixing for us. He came in well below other bids and highly recommended on a neighborhood app, however, his team members were inexperienced and left our home a mess, our walls filthy, and left places of our wood floor scratched well beyond the usual worksite 'splash zone' area one would expect. Additionally they were careless with the protective plastic around the work site, which left a thick layer of dust across our entire house and onto everything we own. We asked them to come back and clean the worksite, which was never done. In the end we had to pay another plumber to come back and strap in and finish all of the stuff David's team did not (we didn't know enough at the time to ask Greenwize if they had done it correctly). We won't be using their services again and learned the hard way that you should always get three bids and all things equal go with the one in the middle bid.
