John just came to fix our stubborn, and apparently deeply set, kitchen drain clog, requiring him to cut through the pipe in the basement and snake over 50 ft of piping to push it out to the sewer line. He delivered excellent service with a smile, braving the snowy weather and staying for hours, eventually packing up to leave at 7:30 pm on a friday night. His prices are reasonable, he's very knowledgable, super friendly, and I would definitely recommend him!

I called yesterday for a problem with a loose kitchen faucet, and Mr. Greenway said he'd be in our area the next day.
He came with a colleague who fortunately was able to make a pretzel of himself and access the very awkwardly positioned plumbing (right behind the disposal). They had it done in no time. He actually suggested charging us less than his usual fee. I insisted on paying the regular amount, given how awkward the access was. Great guys. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely call them again!

I had a major leak in my pipes in the basement and needed it fixed before it flooded. I found Greenway Plumbing and chose to call them because they were nearby in my neighborhood, they had great reviews, and also they had the experience which indicated they could fix my problem. It was Saturday morning so I feared they could not get to me until after the weekend. But John Greenway the owner answered right away and after I explained my problem said he would come over that morning. He sent Allen, his business associate, and soon followed with the parts needed to fix my leak, including a pressure valve to regulate the flow of water. They replaced parts on my aging pipes and with some innovative redesigns were able to stop the leak and give me peace of mind that I would not have to worry about the water pressure bursting my pipes. They explained what they did and why, and even connected a sump pump to remove accumulated water. They cleaned up and left no mess behind, and Allen said he would return later to extend the pipe outside the house where the sump pump removed waste water. I highly recommend Greenway Plumbing. They were friendly, extremely professional, and charged a very reasonable price.

John came to install a shelf under the sink after having mold removal. He was innovative to think to cover the shelf with waterproof plastic. While he was here, he proceeded to notice and fix other parts of the house that needed repair. The molding that needed caulking, the toilet that needed a new flapper, and the stove that needed a handle to be securely screwed in. All of this he did with accuracy and competence. Additionally, John gave us the right price. I recommend John as a plumber and handyman.

Called Greenway Plumbing when a DIY project went awry. They came out that night and were the consummate professionals by putting down protective blankets on my wood floors, having all the needed materials on-hand, and expertly fixing the break. John took the time to point out some aspects of my new house's plumbing that I wasn't aware of and recommended a couple easy, cheap, DIY maintenance tips to address some deficiencies.
