Joe and the folks at Greenway were great in helping fix our AC which had stopped working. We just bought this house a few months ago and the AC was long past its useful life. They identified the problem, quoted new system (which we purchased from them), and they installed it in short order. The new AC works like a charm!

We paid $95.00 for an evaluation of our HVAC. The tech was here for an hour and a half and basically didn't relay all the pertinent information to us even though we asked the right questions. The owner then called and tried to sell us a $700 to $800 J Manual and tried to convince us that our Heating and air systems were twice the size we needed. We hired a second opinion from another well known company. Their J Manual is only $150.00 and they are fairly certain that the heating and air systems are not twice the size needed...possibly one size larger than needed, but not two. We basically are out $95.00 and due to the way the owner handled things, we have a trust issue with this company. The old adage...""you get what you pay for"" doesn't hold true for this company. The tech should have been candid and relayed all information to us. We will not use nor do we recommend this company.

Called on the recommendation of a family friend that uses them exclusively for their personal and rental properties. Needed the safety switch for the access door to my furnace fixed, and more importantly, the bearings on my first-stage fan motor were going out. I had the safety switch looked at by another company during an earlier servicing and they claimed it couldn't be fixed and I'd need to replace the entire furnace (?!?). Got by with propping a cinder block against the doir for added pressure. Called Greenway on Friday morning. Tech was there early the same afternoon. Had the switch fixed in about 5 minutes. Ordered the blower motor from a supplier in town, left and got it, and had me up and running. Total time of the service call was a little over an hour. Didn't try to upsell me on a new furnace (mine is admittedly older), just made sure I was ok spending the money fixing an old unit. No problems, furnace runs great! Consider me a new loyal customer.

There are very few words that can reflect how dissatisfied I am with the service of this company. More specifically, the owner chooses who/when to honor the 3-year labor-warranty the customer pays for when making the purchase. I have had two separate labor-related issues: 1) a necessary part was not installed along with the furnace that resulted in major leaks, the owner responded with ""well it's more of a good faith warranty"", 2) leaks resulting from not doing fittings correctly and cost me a lot of money to have repaired after the owner told me ""I don't want to work with you people, do not ever call me again"" and hung up the phone. I am in disbelief and I hope that no one is ever treated like this again by this company.
