We've been using Greenwave Plumbing and could not be happier. They are professional, communicate well and charge a fair price for their services. I'm pretty decent with chores around the house, but I know my limitations and when to call in the professionals and Greenwave fits the bill. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in their home. A+ 5 Stars!

Just a quick note about my most recent experience with Greenwave Plumbing. We had a faulty meter that was leaking gas outside my house, and after Texas Gas Service shut off the gas, they said they wouldn't be able to install a new meter until we had a plumber identify a nearby pipe. We called a number of plumbers to see if someone could take a look at it, and within minutes Taylor contacted me to check if any plumbers were in the vicinity. Less than 10 minutes later, Will showed up at my house and he was able to figure out that the pipe was not being used and put a cap on it. All told, this took a few minutes, although Will was thorough, and when he finished he told me there was no charge because it was such a simple operation. I'm impressed by how he and the company look out for their customers.

Mike is super knowledgeable and professional. We had a pretty complex set up with a free-standing bathtub, and a couple other guys turned down the job. I was really happy to find Greenwave to accept the job. Mike showed up with a positive can-do attitude, and even though it took a couple of return trips and a few different parts, I am happy to report everything is now working perfectly.
Taylor is also friendly and courteous and makes scheduling a breeze.
I look forward to recommending Greenwave to my friends and family and using Greenwave again should the occasion arise.

they did a great job finding a part i couldn't find, but the 135.00 service charge caught me by surprise. So i paid 150.00 in total for a 15 dollar part...so make sure you get the free quote first.

Mike at Greenwave came out to my house, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate to replace all the gas pipes in the house. Shortly thereafter, he and his team replaced all the gas pipes. Mike explained the city permitting procedure and I knew exactly what to do. All my gas appliances are up and running! Thanks to Greenwave...

Had a pump issue outside my house and I called Greenwave based on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did! Had a good experience with Mike and his team and would certainly use again.

I bought a house in Round Rock which had a recent $15,610 tunneling job done by Greenwave plumbing. Within 2 years of this job the pipes which they installed collapsed under the house. Greenwave refused to go out and look at the problem (or do anything). So I hired another plumber who verified that the Greewave work was not done correctly to city code. Hangers were not used to brace the pipes as required by law. The Inspection Services Division of the City of Round Rock was on-site and verified that Greenwave blew it. I just called up Greenwave and asked them politely to please redo their job. They were rude to me and hung up. The City of Round Rock will now report Greenwave to the State of Texas. Maybe they will lose their license? I hope so. Hire Greenwave at your own risk. If I could give them zero stars I would. $15,610 is a huge amount of money to waste, not to mention the stress this bad plumbing job has caused.

We needed a plumber when we were building our house a few years ago and met Mike by coincidence. That meeting turned out to be the best thing. We have used his services for several years now and he is always there when you need him. He is the most honest and reliable plumber we know and provides high quality service which can be hard to find in a small town. We recommend him any time we can.

Sadly we had two leaks this year and Greenwave helped with both of them (totally unrelated to each other). I wrote a review back in May highly recommending them and thought I wouldn't need another plumber for a while. Well I was wrong. At the end of October one of our two hot water heaters in the attic failed and caused nearly 100K in damage to our home. After almost two months, we are back in the house and Mike and Will came out today to remediate the problem with the water heaters since all of the structural work is finally completed.
I asked Mike to make a suggestion to me based on the problems we have had with the damned water heaters in the attic (not sure who ever thought that was a good idea). Mike suggested having a custom drain pan constructed so that he could put both hot water heaters, the recirculation pump and an alarm and shut off valve all together in this pan. The installation went great.
What sets these guys apart (besides being very competent plumbers) is that when he got the two water heaters up in the attic ready to hook up he realized that the supply house gave him one that is the most current version (more efficient) and the other was brand new but was last year's edition. He pointed that out to me (unlike one of the contractors that we sadly do our downstairs bathroom, who screwed everything up) and asked me what I wanted to do as he wanted my wife and I to be happy. I felt bad but I asked him to take the 2016 model back and get the new model as that was what I thought I was paying for. He sent Will to do the swap (the error was NOT his but the supply house) and when I was apologizing to him for being a pain in the ass he replied "don't apologize.. we do this since we are the "good guys". That pretty much sums up Greenwave Plumbing. You might pay a little more but trust me, you get what you pay for. If you live in Westlake like me, you have invested a ton of money in your home. If you need a plumber call Eddie and get one of the guys from Greenwave to come to your home, you will never call a different plumber again as these guys are truly the best I have ever encountered after nearly 30 years of home ownership.
Simply the best. Period.

I called Greenwave because of great yelp reviews and Eddie picked up the phone. I moved into a brand new house about 6 months ago and was concerned because we are getting some very cold weather and my kitchen refrigerator is plumbed on an outside wall. I was worried about the water intake pipe that feeds the ice maker/ water dispenser freezing. Eddie spent a good 30 minutes talking through how the plumbing system is likely set up; things I can do to keep water moving through the system so it doesn't freeze (i.e. empty the ice bucket so that the automatic ice dispenser has to work most of the night to make ice which will keep the system dripping.) He explained the advantages of the type of pipe my builder used ('PEX' rather than copper) which is more flexible than copper and less likely to burst even if water does freeze. He also felt that because the home is rated with a very high energy efficiency, they probably put plenty of insulation in the walls. He agreed to come out and look at the insulation and plumbing layout if I was really worried about it, but suggested that I contact my builder first and see if I could get any plumbing layout plans, insulation information etc. I was just very impressed with how much time he spent on the phone with me even though there was no payment for him. This is clearly a guy that cares a lot about the customer, and if I have a plumbing problem or I am not satisfied with the answers I get from the builder - I am calling Eddie to check things out.
