Both bathrooms were backing up and water and what not started coming up through the shower and tub. It was after 7pm and we had called a few other plumbers but were all busy. I called Greenwall on a suggestion from one of our neighbors and it was the right call. Max came out in about 20 minutes and was on it. He really knew what he was doing. Found the clean out plug in our yard and went to work. In less than 30 minutes problem resolved. Come to find out the tree roots are causing the issue. He had this great gadget he ran over the lawn and located the culprit. However that will be another project if we decide we want removed. For now it's fixed and should be good for awhile. Our kitchen sink backed up and there was water coming out the wall outside the house. I first called my home warranty company and scheduled something through them, but I didn't have faith in their choice as I couldn't even find the ""company"" online, they didn't answer their phone, no message machine, nothing -- even the Home Warranty company couldn't get ahold of them.

Concerned I called Greenwall late in the day, the call went through to Tom who asked question about the issue, took my information, preferred time of 1pm the next day, and said they would be out the next day.

The next morning the scheduled appointment from the home warranty company didn't work out, they called at 6:32am and because I didn't call them back immediately cancelled even though I told them for sure I would be home.

Max from Greenwall called at 8am to confirm the appointment, I explained the issue and he stated he could move our appointment and be there within an hour.

Max showed up on time, unplugged the drain (15' in), put a camera into the drain, showed where the issue was, but couldn't find the leak. They then systematically went through until he found the issue a large coming from a drain pipe in the wall.

He walked me through the options, and I decided to move ahead with a leak remediation company to insure that the damages were addressed.

Greenwall was on time, professional, super nice, their rate was great, they recommended some options, even recommended a remediation/restoration company. Once remediation of the water damage is done, I will use Greenwall to address any further plumping issues.

My experience is different than some of the reviews below, I dont know what Greenwall Plumbing they were working with, but this guy was great start to finish, and how often can you say the price was great! It was, and I've never said that about a plumber.

Using this company was one of the WORST decisions I have ever made being a homeowner. One of the employees started a fire in my garage as they were soldering. The water was off and to put the fire out they had to quickly turn the water back on which ended up bursting my fire sprinkler pipe. Gallons and gallons of water came out through my ceiling and in my interior walls. They refused to take any responsibility and they ended up leaving my home with over $3,000 in water damage repair that I personally had to pay. They even charged me for the day. If you want to hire a company that leaves you with stress, damage, and huge bills, then these are the people for you! Never, ever again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The rep came to install two toilets and the interaction and scheduling started great. I sent him some pictures, he asked great questions etc. So when he shows up, we talk a bit and I tell him that we have a baby in the house and would he mind wearing a mask and he flat out refuses. ""I'm not wearing a mask, you'll have to find someone else"" and then he abruptly leaves.

Imagine that. A customer is concerned about their baby and this company's rep flat out refuses to wear a mask in my son's closet-sized bathroom. I respect all opinions but I think when a child is involved perhaps you reconsider.

I called another company and (this time) asked before hand if they wouldn't mind wearing a mask as we have a baby inside. Their answer? ""Absolutely, we want to keep the lil guy safe.""

Looks like I found my new plumber.

Max answered my call immediately and we scheduled an appointment the following day for him to come out and replace 3 angle stops and install a new sewer pipe for my new sink. He was on time and did excellent work and was fair with his pricing. I found Max on the Nextdoor app and am grateful that other people in my neighborhood recommended him. I will use Max again when I have a plumbing need!

They caused a fire while sweating a pipe joint without safety procedures (negligence ) Sprinkler system went off inside the house causing thousands of dollars in damage. (computer, laptop, printer, drywall, paint.....) They refused to pay for the repairs or any damages saying that it was our fault when they caused the problem by forcing the water on to put out the fire. The owner shouted at my daughter and made her cry when he told her to pound sand when it came to paying for repairs. The owners son, Max, told us the day before that everything would be taken care of. The home has severe damage which they refuse to repair.
We filed a complaint just now with the State Contractors License board.
IF you want your wife or daughter shouted at and disrespected and have plumbers who will destroy your home and try go get away with it, these are your folks.

We have used Greenwall Plumbing for the last couple of years, so I am really remiss in not having written this review earlier. However, this delay does provide the advantage of being able to comment on more than one visit. Those of us who live in San Clemente and now have homes that are in the 20 year old range have plumbing problems aplenty due to the hard water and corrosion it causes in copper piping. We have had Greenwall out for both emergency visits (scary leaks) and preventative maintenance (replacing an aging hot water heater and recirculating pump). Each and every visit has been a good experience. This business is family owned and operated and they work as a team to get the job done. They get to you as soon as they can, especially in emergency situations. Their repairs are efficient and fairly priced. A very good and very reliable local company.

We had problems with clogged sewer line. Max from Greenwall plumbing, responded quickly and explained the problem and solved it promptly. He and his colleagues were very polite and professional and did a great job. My wife and I are very pleased.

We have been using Greenwall Plumbing for several years, when we lived in San Clemente and in our new home in Mission Viejo. The service has always been very good and the staff from this family business are always pleasant.
They have included the founder and his sons, most recently TJ, who was quick to correct a problem which we had with a clogged shower drain. Previously, Max hooked up our washer and dryer and returned when a minor glitch occurred--no charge for that visit. We highly recommend them.
