Read the bad reviews. My opinion about this company: They grossly over charge for their work. They charged me many thousands of dollars for a job that should have been less than half that. It really hurts (spiritually and financially) to live somewhere where there is such an unscrupulous company. Please get other estimates, and be super careful if a real estate company suggests them, don't think the realtor knows what they are talking about. One problem is, most people dont understand how easy or difficult a job is, but in my experience, they made it seem like its difficult so they can charge more. BE CAREFUL. Read the bad reviews, who knows who wrote the good ones!!

We have used greenwall 2 times now (unfortunately within the same 3 weeks). First time was a Saturday and we noticed our water heater was leaking. Within 4ish hours from the time I called and let them know what was going on they had a new one installed in our house...ON A SATURDAY. Professional, clean, nice, efficient!

Well, last night the carpet in my babies room was flooded. I had no idea where it was coming from but it was SOPPING. I took photos of what I could, a video from the sound of water leaking outside and called them...9pm at night. They talked my husband and I through everything (basically knowing what was going on without even seeing it in person). We turned the water off for the night and they were over by 9am this morning. In and out in a matter of an hour. They are amazing. So sweet. So efficient. So professional. I would use them 100 times over - but hope I don't have to for the foreseeable future haha!

This is more of a review for the companies business practice than their work. Called them out and the owners son came, did a good job and was out quick. Ouch, 289 bucks ok at least there done and the tech tells me that they have a warranty and if this same drain backs up within 30 days they will come take care of it.

Two days later the same drain backs up and in the same way (same toilet overflowed). A different guy comes out, this time the owner and when I mentioned the warranty he was incredulous, was going to pack up his stuff and leave if I did not pay the 289 dollars AGAIN! I had to get the sewage to stop flowing so I was forced to pay. But trust me, I will tell everyone I know to never use these guys. I wanted to help a local plumber over one of the national chains or the people that paid for top results, please do the same but don't use these guys.

Giant shout-out and thank you to Greenwall Plumbing, and to TJ and Zach in particular for jobs well done in doing our plumbing repairs. These gentlemen are ALWAYS on their game 100%, and such a pleasure to have do our plumbing repairs - all sizes. I've found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, honest, polite and they carry a high degree of pride in what they do. Greenwall has such a rapid response time, too. Seriously, they pick up the phone in a couple of rings, and have the boys out so quickly! I highly recommend Greenwall Plumbing, excellent at every level!

Our wood kitchen flooring was buckling and we didn't know the cause. Spoke with Tom at Greenwall Plumbing and he advised and then sent Mitch out to take a look. I got a quick reply to my initial phone call and the tech arrived just a few hours later. Great to work with and they will now be my plumbers.

Do not back up their work. Poor customer service, was told I would get a call back, no call, was told they would come out and fix the leak they ""fixed"" months ago, that was not ""fixed"" now leaking again, never showed up. Very disappointed.

Came home to no hot water, checked the water heater and there was water all over the floor. Called Greenwall and TJ and Daniel came out within the hour.

They gave me Good news - somehow the hose bib to drain the water heater got bumped into and was leaking and finally put the pilot out. They turned it off, and relit the pilot - problem solved! No charge. Very nice people!

Right before Christmas our hot water heater went out! Greenwall was prompt and realized the pilot had been blown out. They didn't even charge us for the service call. Needless to say, this week when We had a plumbing leak, we called them. They came out fixed the problem within one hour at a very reasonable price. Very happy with them I would definitely using them again.
