Recommended Customer Reviews

I had no problems with the service. Came during the window they said they would, did a maintenance service on the furnace, installed a new thermostat. Robert was friendly and polite. I'd recommend them.

I have been a customer for 3 years and have always received good service and advice concerning my heating/air conditioning system. I especially want to thank Robert and Sean for excellent service above and beyond the routine service call on 11/11/2015. Many thanks to both of you.

This is a top-rate, outstanding company. I have had my share of heating and air conditioning guys in the past, but none hold a candle to Rightime. The technician was John, and he was the utmost professional. He was courteous, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, honest, presented himself neatly, and aimed to please. I will be calling Rightime from now on in the future whenever I have any heating, air conditioning, or plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

We picked them up through Costco. They sent David, who was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgable. He mentioned the annual contracted services but wasn't pushy about it. He even showed us how we can do our part as the homeowner, to keep up with our own maintenance & prolong the life of our system.
I'd definitely recommend them, just ask for David when taking care of your HVAC.

James did a wonderful job of servicing my heat and air unit. He was polite, professional and gave good advice. I will call this company again.

Ouch, what an experience! Our technician was named James. Our air conditioning stop working yesterday and these guys were highly rated so we called them and they were able to come out same day to check thinks out. My wife stays at home and deals with all of the home engineering things. She has contracted everything from whole house hardwood to iron railings to garage doors without my help in any way. I work all day so this setup works best for both of us. While James was a very knowledgeable person about the AC and furnace systems, his tone and demeanor were completely unacceptable. When he started looking at our unit he started becoming aggressive in his tone and mannerisms. He would holler things like [paraphrasing] ""What do you mean you haven't service your furnace filter!"" Each time he had to look at something in the furnace he would grunt in the way an 8 year old grunts when you tell him to do his chores. He yelled at my wife because we had water on the coils and dripping here or there. Very aggressive and perhaps a bit put out at having to do this work. At the end of the discussion it was determined that the system could be repaired for a thousand dollars (22 years old, no thank you) or completely replaced, a 10K to 20K investment. My wife started to get into the quoting process of a new machine. James did not want to quote my wife because he needs to have a husband there before he would quote anything. Are you kidding me? My wife had to actually explain that she does not need my approval to work with contractors. I was floored when I heard that too! So once he felt ""comfortable"" that she could talk to him they went into the different levels of units and 1 stage versus 2 stage, etc. Like I said, he was very knowledgeable. At the end of the quoting process we had a number between 16 and 20 thousand. Since we are not ones to spend that kind of cash without at least two bids my wife said thank you and we would have to let him know. He actually said that he knew she would have to ask her husband. She went on to explain that we are not the type to spend 20 grand on a single bid without doing any due diligence whatsoever. He accepted the answer and they parted ways. He would not leave any of the quoting paperwork so in the end we have a business card that we will not use and no quote or bid to speak off.
Perhaps this is a quality company but I would avoid James at any cost.

I was hesitant to use Greenstar after they bought out my longtime plumber, but they have proven themselves to be highly worthy and professional. They arrive within the service window or take the time to call if they are running late. I commend Jose and Richard for their prompt arrival and excellent service from our recent gas leak. They had to put in a new line from the meter and they were able to work around the tree we really wanted to save. I like that they share their price book so you know they aren't just making something up on the spot. I agree they do tend to be more expensive, but they are worth the great service.

Greenstar home services offers a phenomenal service at a fair price. Definitely recommend them to everyone i know!!

Do not use this company. They over charge for everything, they won't give you less expensive, viable options. And they also are very condescending! I asked for a detailed quote and was told that they normally don't provide all of that info in the home if both decision makers are not present! Well, they never asked if there was anyone else who needed to make a decision! I am more than capable of making decisions and writing a check to a vendor who provides a reasonable solution! I had them come out to look at a broken a/c system. I was told the least expensive option was $1800, which they didn't recommend and wouldn't warranty. I was able to find a vendor to fix my a/c for $160! With a warranty!

We worked with Alex Gabler to get a quote to add AC to our house. He gave us the quotes, walked us through several options and we went with him. The crew he sent out (Alex and Alex) were professional and had everything installed within two days of the quote.
Overall, everyone was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. My wife and I appreciated the effort by the three Alexes.
