This company displays inappropriate business practices. After I called in a problem with a leaking facete, they send out a tech for 10 minutes to inspect and charged me $120.00, that I was unaware of until They billed me. They refused to give me even a ballpark estimate. When the came back they fixed within an hour. When I got the bill they charged me $286.68 for the replacement facete which is in the local hardware store and sells or $64.00 and regularly on sale for $40.00. (Delta) The item seem identical and when questioned their manager indicated that they purchase from a distributer that puts out a much higher quality but is also a Delta. They looked Identical. When I requested information on their distributer and the stock nummber of the unit they refused to give me any information? Their manager was very matter of fact and would not help me in any way! I question their honesty and integrity!

i wouls never use this company again they replaced my furnace and the next summer my ac wouldnt work i sweated for two months till i got them to come fix there mistake every year i have had to work on this furnace ignitor went out and the preasure switches keep going out every year really poor at replying to people they wont cover anything under warrenty and it was supose to be 5 years really bad bussiness i would give a negative review if i could

This company will do everything they can to overcharge and not complete the job. For two years they roto on my sewer line telling me it was a tree root. On the fourth visit this year they found an issue with the line. They used the roto twice again and still couldn't get to the end to figure out what was really going on. Another company came out, jetted the line, and found the entire line needed to be dug up and fixed. They charged over $1400 and still refused to say they didn't do the job and didn't find the issue in the first place. After speaking with the plumbing manager he handed me off to the owner to which I was told they had been nice enough (yes, they did remove the previous charges for not fixing the issue) and they charge based on when they leave the shop to return at specific increments. They are unprofessional in the way they approach these things and they don't give you the information needed to help. Whatever you do, do not use this company!

Team that comes to your home is great, office staff made it so I never will use company again.
My insurance mailed out a check for invoice due to damage in our home they worked on. As a customer you figure your good once your insurance says they paid the company. I got an invoice about a month later saying I had not paid my bill. I called to get clarification and they said they never got anything from insurance in the mail. I called insurance said they had mailed it but it had never been cashed so they cancelled the check and sent the money to me directly to pay the company so we didn't have an issue with mail again. They told me that the amount was not the same though and they were not paying the late fees Green's had added to the account. So I called to pay Green's once I got money from insurance and told them I was only paying the original amount as insurance said they tried to pay them before. I was informed by Green's plumbing that it didn't matter and it's only $5 more so not a big deal I had to pay it. When I said no I shouldn't have to pay a late fee when the mail lost the check, she told me she's been meaning to talk to the post office and figure out why they are not getting everything lately. So your having issues with your mail but yet I have to pay a late fee out of my pocket because of your issue. I get it's only $5 but I shouldn't have to pay it, I wanted to tell her if it's only $5 then you pay it since it's no big deal in your mind. Talk about rude service.
I will be getting a new quote through a different company for a bathroom project, won't work with this company if it means having to deal with their rude office staff.

A little too big for their britches I think. We used to use Green's all the time before they merged w/ Modern Plumbing and Heating and always had great service. Not so much anymore. 2 years ago they replaced a leaky connection in my utility room. It started leaking again this last week and when I called they advised they would try to get out that day but would call if they couldn't. They didn't do either. When I called today and elaborated further that they had repaired the same lines 2 years ago she seemed to think that was average and there is ""wear and tear"". Seriously? I SAY 'NOT!!!!'. Good grief, give me a break. I've owned 7 houses in my day and can honestly say I've had a leaky faucet TWICE. Anyway, try Laney's, better customer service and so far better workmanship.

This company is great! I use them for all my heating/AC and plumbing needs. Very professional and prompt. Best in the region.
