I was in need of some plumbing works for my new house, after searching for the best rated company i decided to give this company a try. I couldn't be happier with this company, Ed, the plumber was awesome. He did a fantastic job, he cleaned up after the job was done, rate was low, and did not try to rip me off. The next day i call him late in the afternoon to come and fix a leaking issue that was not his fault, Ed came
even though it was late in the afternoon and he was across town. He was able to fixed the leak and did not charge me anything, WHAT??? I will use Ed again dor all my plumbing needs.

Fantastic, Green's plumbing came out to fix a DIY gone wrong. On time, fixed the issue quickly and gave some great advice. The price was reasonable and the work was great!

When we woke up without hot water yesterday with company coming for the weekend, we assumed we would have to replace our hot water heater. Our usual plumber didn't return our call, so we called Green's Plumbing based on all the great yelp reviews. Ed looked up the water heater (we were thinking it might be the original and, thus, 17 years old), informed us it was just 7 years old and worth fixing. His fix came in under his original quote and an hour after he finished the repairs, we had hot water.

I was impressed because he could easily have convinced us to replace the unit instead of the much less costly repair. We now have a new ""usual"" plumber!

Late review, but still relevant.

Two stars only because Ed seemed like a decent guy, and Green's did re-plumb our kitchen sink and install an earthquake shutoff valve on the gas meter in a timely manner. Ed also took the time later to respond to after hours call while he was at dinner to direct me to another plumber when we had an emergency situation. That was very much appreciated, but unfortunately I must give zero stars for the rest of the story:

I had Green's come out to my mother's house in the San Fernando Valley in September 2016 to give an estimate on some work, and as a result they returned in October 2016 to to re-plumb the kitchen sink, install a gas earthquake shutoff valve and run a camera through the drainage system to determine the source of a recurrent toilet blockage. Quick job on the sink and shutoff valve. Absolutely no complaints there.

Completely different story on the drainage issue. Had them run the camera on October 11 2016 and determine a likely source of the recurrent blockage. The technician indicated a ""joint"" needed to be replaced and gave me a guestimate on the likely cost, but stated that Ed was the one who would generate the actual estimate.

Multiple phone messages, emails and just over 2 months later, I was finally able to get a quote via email on December 23 2016 - at double the guestimate - on replacing a portion of the system thought to be responsible for the recurrent clogs. I was left wondering how accurate a quote could be when it was given months after the tech saw it, the summary on the inspection sheet was a quick one-liner (so did anyone really remember/know the scope by that time?), and Ed never actually saw the issue for himself. Already not feeling very warm and fuzzy by this time, I opted not to continue with Green's.

I ultimately had to start the search for a decent plumber anew, and pay again to have the new plumber camera the system again in order to accurately assess and quote a repair.

After a promising start with Green's, just wasted time and money. Not a good experience at all. Really disappointing.

Brian did an awesome job replacing the water pressure regulator in our house. He was on time and for the best price (I called about 10 different plumbers to give me a quote). He also gave some info about how to check the water pressure, adjust the water pressure through the regulator and the effect on the pipes and water heater if the water pressure is more than 90psi. Ours was 135psi. Whew, good thing that none of our pipes burst...thanks again Brian....

Had a great experience with Brian from Green's plumbing. He fixed our main problem (a slow drain), and solved two other issues while he was here. Was very knowledgable, and gave good advice for avoiding some issues in the future. Got everything done pretty quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend this as a good and reliable company.

Gave Ed a call based on the reviews I read and wasn't disappointed. Our water heater started died this morning and he was able to replace it right away. If we need future plumbing services we will be calling Ed again.

First time I used Greens and my experience was excellent! On time, professional and clearly knowledgeable. Installed a new insta-hot and filter system and were efficient and affordable too! These guys are good and funny too! Have had a bit of a carousel of plumbers this year - some clueless, most late or missing appts, often costly - what a relief to find a go- to plumber. Highly recommend!
