Although I had a bad experience dealing with the father and some of his subordinates. For 2 weeks I was jerked around a lot with contradicting answers to the plumbing issue that was left for me to deal with after they did the initial job. Greg the owner's son did send a very nice gentleman (Tommy) out that was very informative and corrected the issue. I will use them again.

Had them do a whole house repipe and was super impressed. 1. The work was done in two days time. 2. They have their own contractors for drywall and paint! which is nice 3. The plumbers were professional and friendly...I felt comfortable with their presence in my home. We didnt get quotes because the remodel company we were using for our kitchen remodel uses their remodeling division, so we just went with them (but separate from the remodel) but for the work done and the price paid, I would say it was quite fair.

I can't speak highly enough of Greenlee Plumbing. Greenlee is the type of contractor you rarely find anymore. They are HONEST, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, and do great work! I have used Greenlee for several plumbing repairs and then to re-plumb my whole house after fault pipe was discovered. They make the process easy as a full service plumber. They also do the drywall repair and paint. They left my one in the same condition they found it. I have recommended them over and over again and will continue to do so. Everyone who I have referred to them has had the same to say about them.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The Plumber that came to our house lied multiple times and said we only wanted our sink water line capped. He was told ALL water lines needed to be capped. After lying and not doing the full job, we had to make another appointment. We were then charged an additional $185 after we already paid $185. So we ended up paying $370 because the plumber didn't want to do this job. The best part, the plumber acted like he gave us a deal because the second time he was supposed to charge $225!!! For his mistake! Deceitful and robbery. And the woman on the phone said they would make this right. Is making this right over charging for your mistake? I recommended you to my parents, my in laws, and I have used you at work and home. Now instead of recommending, I will share this story. Greed is bad Greenlee. When you make a mistake, fix it. Don't overcharge your customers. Shame on you.

Responsive, reliable, kept me informed, job well done. I needed a sump pump replaced. Joni handles the calls - very communicative. Texts me if she can't pick up my call. Billy came to do an estimate. Replaced the pump three days later. Cleaned up after done. Nice guy. Greenlee is now my go-to plumbers at my home. Great job!

Greenlee Plumbing never disappoints! I have counted on them over the years for everything from clogged drains, toilets that continue to run, to a leaky faucet, to most recently the removal and replacement of a gas hot water heater and hot water circulating pump. When the pump appeared to be defective, they replaced it without question. They make every effort to schedule as soon as possible, they always call when in route to my house, they are professional, ethical, and personable at all times! One simply can't go wrong when choosing Greenlee Plumbing!
