These guys are great, used them for many project and referred to friends. They replimbed my entire house that had polybutelin , tankless water heater with whole House recirculation and many other smaller projects now that I've moved across town they will be working on my new house inDacula. They coming out tomorrow to look at some projects for me glad that they can still service me. Can't go wrong with Greenlee Thank you John C you have always been great

Update- sewer issues were due to septic. However the company ignored my email regarding their turning off the water to my washer and made me wait more than 3 days for the water to even be turned back on. Kind people but will not prioritize fixing any mistakes.

Highly recommend! Both office manager that answers the phone and the technician that came out to replace my hot water heater were exceptional! Great service, fast, and reasonable rates.

The plumber could not have been a nicer guy and or work harder. The issue was that he could not clear the clog after 4 hrs. and still charged me $335.00 ..... I called another plumber (Barti) who used a bladder and cleared the clog in 45 minutes total. Greenlee proposed """"Finding the sections of kitchen drain that are clogged and cutting them out at a cost of $1200.00."""" .. This would require cutting out significant sections of drywall, so about a $2000 to $3500 total cost. This company is not one to use for household maintenance like clogs. They may good for pipe re-fitting but they don't have the tools or ability to clear clogs.

Had a small leak in our bathroom faucet and garden hose bib and decided to call Greenlee Plumbing after reading reviews online and on Yelp. They were super responsive on Yelp and gave me an estimate for the work after I sent them some pictures. They weren't the cheapest but definitely most recommended. Quality of work is always a top priority for me. They fit me into the schedule pretty quick, though I will add that it took me a few tries to get them on the phone. The plumber was on time for the appointment and did a quick assessment of the work. He did mention that the hose bib would require some drywall to be cut from inside, which I didn't want so we decided to just fix the bathroom faucet leak. I did appreciate that the plumber didn't push for repairs that would have benefitted them, and rather was honest about explained that the hose bib leak would just be an annoyance rather than a cause for concern. Bathroom faucet was replaced in less than 5 mins. The cost ended up being a little more than what they had quoted, but online estimates only go so far. He was clear about pricing before proceeding with the work. All in all I was happy with the work done and will recommend Greenlee Plumbing. They will definitely be my go to company for any plumbing needs.

Had to replace the water heater. Overall a great experience with Billy from Greenlee plumbing. He got the job done correctly without any issues (thanks for getting us some hot water!) and was professional and punctual. The communication with the office was just as excellent. Their estimate, which was very reasonable, was accurate without any hidden fees. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the level of unprofessionalism is not worthy of a rating! When they completed the job they utilized the front of our manicured lawn, brick and driveway as a dumping ground for their plaster! We are shocked at the level of disregard & disrespect that they had for our home! We are under a strict HOA, and this affects us! Please DO NOT do business with them!

I was very impressed with the job Keith did. He was helpful in fixing the kitchen plumbing issue and dishwasher installation that had previously been a bit of a nightmare. He clearly knew what he was doing and accomplished it very quickly and professionally. The response rate was also appreciated (next business day) and the job wound up being substantially less than the original quote (in part because of the issue not being quite as labor intensive as originally expected). I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this team deserves one for the job well done on all accounts. I will certainly use them in the future. Thank you!
