We had multiple leaks of our Uponor PEX pipes under our 5y/o home that was built on a slab. It turned out that the best solution was to run all new hot water pipes throughout the home. I feel very lucky to have found Greenlee Plumbing who specializes in whole house re-pipes. After talking with a couple of other plumbers who weren't sure how to solve our problem, John Chappel from Greenlee came out and knew just what to do. Joni from the office was able to expedite our job since we had a slab home and unable to patch the leak easily. They sent out a large crew who in one day was able to run all new pipes through our home. The next day they sent their in-house drywall repair crew who did an amazing job patching the numerous holes and painting also in just one day. They did such a good job that we are not even able to tell where the repairs were done. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing. They were very responsive to all our communications, did very professional work and took great care to make sure our problem was fixed properly and our home was put back together like we had hoped for.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The Plumber that came to our house lied multiple times and said we only wanted our sink water line capped. He was told ALL water lines needed to be capped. After lying and not doing the full job, we had to make another appointment. We were then charged an additional $185 after we already paid $185. So we ended up paying $370 because the plumber didn't want to do this job. The best part, the plumber acted like he gave us a deal because the second time he was supposed to charge $225!!! For his mistake! Deceitful and robbery. And the woman on the phone said they would make this right. Is making this right over charging for your mistake? I recommended you to my parents, my in laws, and I have used you at work and home. Now instead of recommending, I will share this story. Greed is bad Greenlee. When you make a mistake, fix it. Don't overcharge your customers. Shame on you.

Greenlee replaced a WH in my daughters condo in downtown Woodstock four years ago. They did a great job and at the best price then. Fast forward 4 years and my daughter is selling her condo and the buyer was making a big deal about us not having the receipt and unfortunately the sticker on the WH was on the back side and it's tight enough in the space that you can't begin to read it. I called Greenlee to see if they keep records that far back and could I please get a copy? in less than two minutes my wife and I both received a copy of the receipt. Thank You Greenlee Plumbing for outstanding customer service!!
