Had to replace the water heater. Overall a great experience with Billy from Greenlee plumbing. He got the job done correctly without any issues (thanks for getting us some hot water!) and was professional and punctual. The communication with the office was just as excellent. Their estimate, which was very reasonable, was accurate without any hidden fees. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the level of unprofessionalism is not worthy of a rating! When they completed the job they utilized the front of our manicured lawn, brick and driveway as a dumping ground for their plaster! We are shocked at the level of disregard & disrespect that they had for our home! We are under a strict HOA, and this affects us! Please DO NOT do business with them!

I was very impressed with the job Keith did. He was helpful in fixing the kitchen plumbing issue and dishwasher installation that had previously been a bit of a nightmare. He clearly knew what he was doing and accomplished it very quickly and professionally. The response rate was also appreciated (next business day) and the job wound up being substantially less than the original quote (in part because of the issue not being quite as labor intensive as originally expected). I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this team deserves one for the job well done on all accounts. I will certainly use them in the future. Thank you!

We had an issue with a clogged main drain. Joanie in the office was quick and efficient in setting up an appointment. Jeremy was the plumber that came to our home. He was prompt and courteous and, most importantly, resolved the issue within an hour. My kitchen pipes were 48 years old and met their final days. Tommy and Brad came over tried everything before we all decided to just simply replace it. The job took less than a day and now I have pipes that will last. I'm worry free and happy. They were professional, clean and very knowledgeable. Joanie has excellent customer service skills and I have other projects already scheduled with them.

I contracted Greenlee to replace my water heater on 9-12-18 and a few days later my wife and I started smelling gas. Come to find out, the installer used the same blue sealant that's used at the water line connection joints, for the gas line connection joint when they installed a new flexible gas line. I ended up having to call the Gas Companies emergency leak line to resolve the issue.

The project was to connect a stubbed gas line to outdoor grill using 1 inch pipe converter. The technician came on two separate days to do the project and on both occasions left because he lacked the proper tools. He would tell me he had to go to the store to get the proper tool sba to be right back. Never came back never completed the project. Had to go with a different provider.

Although I had a bad experience dealing with the father and some of his subordinates. For 2 weeks I was jerked around a lot with contradicting answers to the plumbing issue that was left for me to deal with after they did the initial job. Greg the owner's son did send a very nice gentleman (Tommy) out that was very informative and corrected the issue. I will use them again.
