Kelsey B.I called this company on a Monday to fix a broken water heater. I had to call back Tuesday and they had no trace of me calling the day before. It took until Wednesday night for a tech to come out to our house. When they looked at our water heater they told us they don't fix the parts they just replace the water heaters. It was going to cost $1,400.00 to replace. We had a different company come the next day and got it fixed for $200.00 and were told the water heater itself would only be $800.00 to replace not $1,400.00! No Thanks to this company!
