This is a long overdue review. I had a major leak inside my home somewhere. Since the foundation is concrete slap, it is very hard to locate the leakage. Tom suggested to build new pipes to bypass the existing one. He did a professional job with very reasonable price. Also patched and repainted the ceiling like it has not been touched.

Tom and two helpers finished copper plumbing in my house in Nov 2012. The job was OK and he offered 1-year warranty. After several months, I found some minor issues and called Tom several times. He either told me he was busy or he did not answer.

I had to pray to God that nothing major would happened to the pipes they put there.

There was a small leak with the main pipe going into my house. So I asked a few contractors to come and see how much it will cost to fix it. At that time I realized the steel pipes in the house are far too old to repair. So I asked Greenfield to come repipe the whole house last week. Man, am I glad that I made that call. As they teared open downstairs bathroom ceiling, they discovered that water was already leaking between the walls. In three days (as promised), they completed the whole job and to my surprise everynight we had water in the bathroom. I was worried that we may have to take showers in the gym!

Anyway, about their service, I would give 6 stars if possible. First of all, Tom, the owner, came on time to give estimate. That may not seem much but believe me, most contractors come late between one to a few hours. Tom was very courteous and experienced. And the best of all, his quote was a lot less than other companies.

Tony and his crew showed up at 9 every morning and left at 6. They kept the place clean by covering it with clothes and plastic. Tony is very experienced, detailed, and easy to work with. On the last day before they left, Tony even cleaned up the garage floor as if they were never there. I am extremely pleased with the result. Now no more leaks or rusty water coming out of the pipes.

Oh one last thing, the bathroom faucet had a minor installation issue. So I called and let them know. Tom came and fixed it first thing the next morning himself. Why so important you ask, because I already paid for the work in full a few days before. That shows how responsible they are! Trust me, these guys are awesome!

The paint is not dry yet, but we just had to write to let everyone know what a great job Greenfield Plumbing did replacing our pipes. Tom and his crew were polite, on time, covered everything with plastic, put tarp on the carpets, retextured and painted the walls, and cleaned up so well that you'd never know they were here. All we had to do was put our things back in the cupboards and closet. Each one knew what to do and performed their job well. They used quality material and completed the job in less than two days at a cost much less than the other two quotes we received. Three others did not even show up to give us a quote. We had Tom and the guys at Greenfield replace our old pipes with copper piping and a new water heater in our home. Thrilled with the results!!! Good water pressure, no more rusty colored water, and we can now even flush when someone else is in the shower without getting scalded!
Tom and his two men were clean, respectful of our home, worked well together, and did our entire home ( 1700 sq ft) in two days. And the best part? The price was *much* less than any of the other 3 quotes I received. It has been a year since we got copper pipes and I cannot believe we went as long as we did without them. Tom has repiped two other homes we know and they are happy as well.If you want quality work at a great price, Tom is your guy!
