It was not a good experience at all. The initial timetable for installation of my well was 3 months (which was long enough) and I patiently waited, but it ended up taking them 4.5 months and they weren't apologetic at all about all the time it took. It delayed us moving into our new house and caused us to be in a bind. They displayed extremely poor communication throughout the entire process. No details were provided to me about the water lins/connections to the house, and I had to ask the tech onsite to explain what was needed and have that added to the original quote. After the well was drilled they did not connect the power and I found out that I had to hire my own electrician (which would have been fine if they explained this beforehand but not knowing this added another week to the wait). We had poor water pressure in the house after we moved in (and are still dealing with that to some extent) and we traced that issue down to all kinds of crud they left in the lines. They apparently didn't flush them properly. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot and he didn't really do anything but bump the water pressure up -- then they tried to charge me a service charge fee for that. They basically tried to charge me for stuff they should have verified during the initial installation before calling it complete. They provided no guidance as far well covers, insulating the pipes, etc. I had to inquire and learn what to do about all of that myself. They seemed rushed during the whole thing and the customer (me) was an afterthought. All in all a terrible experience and I don't plan on doing business with them again (Note:my well installation was during the summer of 2023. I intentionally waited a year until the labor warranty on the installation was up before posting this).

It's not Greene's Water Wells anymore. Greene's family sold the company and new owners are just keeping the name to piggyback off the excellent service and clients obtained over many years. They should drop the Greene's name and try to build a reputation on their own

I called Greene's on Wednesday morning to ask for a service call because my well stopped working. The lady answering the phone told me they would try to get out that day but they were backed up. In the afternoon she called and told me that it would be first thing Thursday morning before they could make it. I completely understood and appreciated her calling me. First thing the next morning she called to tell me the techs were on the way. Henry and Jimmy arrived shortly and replaced the contacts in 20 minutes fixing the well. They took note of my equipment so it would be on file should I call in the future. They also took time to explain what they did and how my well operates. Labor and part costs were very reasonable. It was a real pleasure having Green's fix my problem. The folks answering the phone and Henry & Jimmy were great!

This has been the absolute worst contractor my husband and I have ever dealt with. They were referred to us by a friend. I spoke to Mr. Greene in April, and everything seemed efficient at that time. However, he failed to inform me that he sold the company two years ago and wouldn't be working on our well. It was actually another company even though he still works there and they are using both businesses' names (DJ Pumps is the other). That was mid-April when the contract was signed. They didn't come to our property until late June, without warning or communication. The crew that came did nothing but complain about how low Mr. Greene's bid was. Our neighbors' wells average 50 feet deep, but they insisted on drilling until 190 feet, admitting they would get a bonus the further they drilled, also knowing that would raise the consumer price. After a week on our property working very short days and not drilling properly, they gave up and said another crew with a larger drill would have to come out. In all honestly, they didn't know what they were doing and couldn't keep the proper viscosity for the well. There was over a month with not one word from them. I tried multiple times to communicate, but they refused. When they finally came back, they refused to run PVC casing, which would have again met the smaller bid. They never attempted, never communicated, and continued to run the bill up nearly twice the amount that it was guaranteed. Then, after drilling, it took them another 2 weeks before placing the pump. It took well over 6 MONTHS to get the well! I have a doctorate in business and have tried to explain to them how unprofessional they have been, but they refuse to listen and still refuse to communicate professionally and properly. So, I want to ensure others are aware. They pulled the same stunt on one of our neighbors, and if I had known the original business had sold, we would have NEVER chosen this company.

I got up in the morning and no water. I called and Jay was there in less than an hour. He worked on my well last time. Excellent service. Could not ask for a nicer person and Trent was very nice & respectful also. Great guys. Great company.
