Greener Furnaces and Air Conditioning

Brandon installed a new furnace in our house a few years ago. It broke down recently and he was nowhere to be found to warranty the unit or help to fix the problem. He didn't stand by his work, was poor at communicating, and totally left us literally in the cold. I recommend not working with him.

Brandon and his associate did such a great job fixing my furnace. I was worried that it would cost a lot as a single parent or worse - that it would be a simple fix but someone would take advantage of me since I don't know a lot about furnaces. But they were extremely efficient and honest. They didn't charge me a huge fee for simply coming out and assessing the situation and their pricing was reasonable. These guys are rip offs. I was sold a 2 year service package that came with an electrostatic filter for my heater and I never received the filter. They said it was on back order and that I would get it within 6 weeks. It's been almost 2 1/2 months and now I can't get anyone to call me back. I wonder if they are even still in business? If they won't call me back to get me the filter, how can I get them to come out for the other servicing that I paid for up front? Don't use them. Don't take their calls, and don't have them come out to your house. They are just a bunch of fly-by-nights trying to rip people off for a buck.

Brandon did an excellent job going above and beyond just the typical furnace cleaning. He was prompt and efficient with his job. He even helped us with a furnace issue regarding a gas leak. Great job, definitely recommend.
