My wife called them when I was out of town thinking we had a water leak under the house. They arrived and investigated the problem and showed her it was just a leaking sprinkler controller and not a plumbing problem. It was minor, so my wife told them I would handle it when I got back in town. They wouldn't even charge her for their response to the house. When I returned home, I swapped out the bad valve but learned my valve at the street wasn't fully closing. They were so honest and helpful to my wife they were the people I called to make the repair. He arrived and determined what parts were needed, but he could only get them from the water company and would have to get back to me. While he was here, I had another group of sprinklers that weren't completely closing. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the controller. I have 3 different sprinkler manifolds, but none of the controllers supplied the sprinklers that weren't closing. It made no sense as those were the only sprinkler manifolds I had. John spent an hour searching my yard and finally brought out a probe and located two separate controllers that were just buried in my yard, including the system that was leaking. Awesome customer service. I don't know how I would have ever located the leaking controller without his help. It was buried under a huge rosemary hedge. He's coming back Mon to replace my street valve so then I can start replacing all of my 40 year old controllers.

Update: He called today and said he had free time and could fix my street valve today if that was convenient for me. Arrived shortly after and went to work. Replaced the old valve with one of much better quality. Held to his original quote and left the area spotless when he was done

2 days ago I used this company (John) to replace the under-sink hot/cold shutoff vales and hot/cold water lines to four sinks in my house. John and his helper were here on time and completed the entire job in about 30 minutes. The price was considerably LESS than what I expected and the job was EXCELLENT. John was highly recommended by several close friends and relatives and now I know why.

John is the ultimate plumber. He absolutely knows what he's doing. And he's honest, decent, reasonable, prompt, and helpful. Like the other reviewer said - he never tries to up-sell you on anything. He answers your calls as soon as he can, and doesn't keep you waiting when you've made an appointment time. Today he didn't even charge me for spending over an hour in the hot sun, replacing a valve that he said was under warranty. Felt bad about that, but I'm going to tell everyone how fantastic he is!
