Love this place. Same day service with a plumbing issue I had in the kitchen. Adam fixed it in a matter of minutes. He's the best there is.

On Monday July 24th, Chip of Green Valley Plumbing came to inspect the leak under my kitchen sink. It turned out that the faucet needed replacing. He called the office to find out if a faucet was available. He asked if I wanted one with a spray. I said no. For the faucet that Green Valley Plumbing was providing he told me the total cost would be $309.69. He said that included labor, materials, taxes (and everything). After installation he handed me the booklet for the faucet and said I did not need to phone Delta Faucet to register it.
When I hadn't received a statement after close to a month, I called and left a voicemail and received a voicemail the following business day (August 21) saying that a statement was on its way. The invoice arrived and was for $327.55. Since I had written down on my calendar that the cost would be $309.69, I mailed them a check for the amount we agreed upon. A letter accompanied the check informing the recipient that the amount on the invoice was more than the quoted price at the time of installation.
Now, it was time to check the red flags. I phoned Delta Faucets. Of course, it turned out when the plumber installed the faucet it was not automatically registered. With much difficulty and determination I was barely able to get the model number from underneath the faucet. Delta then registered it over the phone for me.
My next question was the retail price of this model. Home Depot sells it for $80 and Ace Hardware for $89.99. But Green Valley Plumbing charged $187.37 (including taxes) for this faucet. VERY BIG MARKUP1 $98 more than Ace. WHY?

On September 25 Green Valley Plumbing phoned. I was informed that when the plumber came back to my house he discovered that the regular angle valve (cost: $30.25) and dual angle valve (cost: $17.55) valve were leaking. I was told that the Delta faucet cost $139.57. AMAZINGLY, the cost of the faucet itself decreased to $139.57 with the increased work and parts. I'm going to pay this bill so I can move on. So, it may appear that they've won. But have they? They've lost me as a customer. What about you after reading this story. Would you trust them?

Yesterday, I called a ""reputable"" plumbing company in Tucson to come to my home to diagnose and hopefully fix a clogged line/pipe which essentially made it impossible to use toilets, sinks, showers, etc. Everything was backed up. Not only was the plumber unable to fix the problem, he was entirely unable to diagnose what the problem was. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes and charged 153 dollars for the privilege of doing nothing. This would require a separate trip and more $, he said. The company would get back to me re scheduling. Called GV plumbing this morning. They came out today and both diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. I call it a miracle. I will never use another plumbing company. Thank you GV Plumbing from the bottom of my heart.. I mean drain. :-)

I recently went to the Green Valley Plumbing office to see about having my bathroom fixtures replaced (this was about a month ago). The woman there told me that in order for them to give me an estimate I would need to send her a picture of what the tub/shower control looked like in order to identify the manufacturer. I went home and took a picture which I promptly e-mailed to the address she gave me. 5 days later she called me up and apologized for taking too long, asked me a couple of questions and said she would get back to me - she never did! She never volunteered to send someone out even though I had used them before and live within walking distance of their office. I cannot recommend them and I was able to find someone else. They evidently do not consider customer service a priority.

I tend to avoid companies with Green Valley in their name thinking that they will be pricey. Well I was wrong about this company. Best price. Quality work.
Don't let the name fool you.

Our service at our house was performed by Nick. He was very professional and I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. He called prior to coming over to say he'd be a couple minutes late. I thought that was an added courtesy. Keep up the good work Nick!

Do not do business with them!!! they were told by their employee he left my house at 5:15 when he was finished with the job at 4:05 pm. they charged me an extra $106.00 for overtime believing their own employee over their customer. When I told the owner I had a timestamp photo of the completed water heater at 4:14 PM he said he didn't care and insinuated that I was lying and that I changed the timestamp on this photo, he then hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone that I conducted business with

We use Green Valley plumbing (3 time) very happy with the service, reasonable price, Adam very efficient and cordial.
Thank you.

I just had the most unpleasant phone conversation with the owner of Green Valley Plumbing. They were scheduled to come out Tuesday morning to replace a water softener system. At 10:30 when I called to ask when the plumber was going to arrive, the owner rudely said that he had me down for 8:30 AM Wednesday and to take it or leave it. If I didn't like it to go with someone else. I told him I only knew what I was told that I had repeatedly been told Tuesday morning. At one point he said he was ""tired of getting his ass chewed out"". I asked him if that was the tone of voice he used when he apologized. He got angry, said to go withone else, and hung up the phone. His company made the mistake and I'm the one getting yelled at. Nobody should be subjected to this. I know people are creatures of habit. I'll bet I'm not the first customer he has yelled or been abusive with. Be warned when dealing with him. Proceed at your own risk. I will never recommend that company for anything.

I could not have been happier with their service. I needed their help getting a number of items fixed at my mother in laws house so we could complete its sale. They came to the house the same day I called and took care of everything that day. The bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend them
