We had standing water in our basement, called them up after seeing the other reviews and they were there in 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. We were told by both the person on the phone and the plumber that came out that it would be double time being a Sunday, which was very courteous of them. Problem was fixed in less than an hour and we were good to go. It was a bit pricey but I didn't compare with other companies so I can't say it was fair. Dan was great and we were very pleased with the entire interaction.

The service this company provided was above and beyond any I have had from previous company's. Talking to owner ,Kevin late at night on a Tuesday,he and his his men were here at appointed time the next day to fit my schedule,and were so kind and courteous. They made sure to show me the problems in my sewer,had to have main line cleaned, video is amazing.. the hydro jet machine they had was incredible to watch in action, you see the roots on tv and 2minutes later they are gone unbelievable! Ican not say enough about how professional and courteous Kevin and his team were. Don't bother looking anywhere else they are the only ones I would call.

Updated review after talking with Kevin he really does stand behind his company he went above and beyond to fix the issues we had with our bathroom very quickly the handle works perfectly and they even credited our bill. I will always call Green Tech Plumbing from now on. We are completely satisfied with the work and the amazing customer service!!

We have some leaking coming from our shower to the ceiling below so we had Kevin come over for an estimate. He was VERY flexible with our schedules and was able to come over at 6:15am on a weekday. He assessed the situation at no charge and determined that we needed our shower floor recalked and resealed and that there was not an actual pipe leak or major issue. As a result, turns out we do not need a plumber but we need a grout/tile repairman instead which is what he suggested. We ended up not needing any work done from Kevin but would still recommend him and Green Tech Plumbing. He was knowledgeable about our issue and honest and forthcoming about what needed to be done. He did not take advantage of our lack of knowledge, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely go to him again for any future plumbing issues!!

There's a reason why this is a five star business. I called on Green Tech to help with a gas leak at my property. Green Tech's communication was awesome but I think they possess one thing that most companies don't. The techs that show up to your site are super nice and really knowledgeable. Over the course of 10 years we have experienced numerous attitudes, particularly because of my lack of knowledge in this arena (which is why I called them in the first place). The fix was so obvious and something I should have just finished with the turn of a wrench but I couldn't figure it out. I was still talked to with some dignity. Thanks Green Tech, hopefully I never have an issue but if I do I look forward to calling you again.

After moving into our current home (and using the existing electric stove for awhile), we decided that I hate electric stoves. Also, the new fridge never had a water line installed for the ice maker. I asked around to some friends and Green Tech's name came up. I requested a quote for both jobs, and Kevin called me shortly thereafter.
We set an appointment for 8am. Nick, the technician, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Both jobs were done correctly, with no mess, and under the quoted estimate. We will call Green Tech again when we need a plumber!

Kevin explained my options coherently and patiently. Object was to install a battery back up sump pump system. Eric arrived promptly as scheduled and sized up situation. Installation was flawless and quick. This company uses higher end pumps but will price match or install any pump you want. Pleasure dealing with them.

Our plumber, Tim, arrived right on time. I walked him through my house and pointed out the areas of concern. He sealed up a leak from the bathtub, made sure that the ejector pump was working, and then properly sealed the ejector pump cover. He also gave me a good idea of how he could run a water supply to our fridge, which is in a hard-to-reach location.

Tim was friendly and professional and represents Green Tech Plumbing very well. I plan on having Tim come out again soon to install a garbage disposal and water filter system.

Originally called Mr. Rooter for root out our main sewage line since we had water backup and they did such a poor job that they had to come back the following month. Mr rooter said we needed hydrojetting since our sewage line was 99% blocked which would have added to over 1500 hundred in expenses. Good thing I called Kevin from green tech who informed me we didnt need hydrojetting. They came and did the job, showed us the results in the camera and we called it a day. They completely cleaned out our main line by rooting. Well done Green Tech crew!!!!!
