I wish that were true. If you quoted $1800 when I called asking to have my gas valve replaced, I would have done it myself and saved $1650. Unfortunately, you didn't tell me the price until afterwards. There was also no invoice. You just wanted cash.

I have remove a star for never receiving a receipt for the work. I asked about half a dozen times and never got a receipt even though they said they sent it. I paid in cash. Still everything else I said above was true.

Excellent response time - and sent a plumber within about an hour and a half. HOWEVER, they charged me $100 to book and then another $375 for basic service, WHICH TOOK THE PLUMBER 20 MINUTES TO COMPLETE!!!
I understand that there are a lot of back costs for running a business, however their pricing structure is a ""price gouge"" as one other reviewer noted. Why not charge by the hour? Like most people? or by the service?
The plumber that came was excellent - however the pricing is outrageous.

They price gouge. Took advantage of urgency and the fact that they were already on site to offer too high of prices, then insisted they are offering the same or better than others. After getting quotes from other vendors, it is clear they were offering too high a price compared to other vendors.
After giving services, I asked for a receipt and they were not able to provide one. Asked me to send a request by email. When asked for a price breakdown, they gave what seemed like an intentionally unclear answer.

Total SCAM ARTISTs. They made the ISSUE WORSE. Every WORD out of the owner is a lie.They took advantage of my wife's lack of construction knowledge and saw an easy target for some quick cash. Didn't do the job they were asked to do and set up a scenario so they could come back and fleece us some more. There are way better options out there. Never use these.

These guys are great if you are in a jam. They answer the phone, they provide great consultation, and they find a way to make it out even if they have a packed schedule.

Green Tech came out right away for a quote to replace my Water Heater. It was 100 for the assessment, but I felt like the quote was really non-competitive and almost intentionally so. Green Tech came in at 5000, I've gotten 4 other quotes in the range of 2500-3200. Hector was really friendly and prompt but my opinion is the business model is take advantage of the urgency or collect the consult fee.

For weeks after the initial tech came out to assess the job (costing $160), they were never able to respond to my requests for a quote in writing, or follow up that they would or wouldn't be able to do the job. Felt basically like a scam.

Way too expensive. Would not recommend them. They price gouge. Charged us over the top for a hot water heater repair. It was same day service however the price they charged was similar to a brand new equipment purchase.

I scheduled an estimate with them between 8-10am today and they no-showed. When I contacted them to see if they were still coming, I got no response.
