By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I have not showered in 5 days! I have no one to go ask for a shower. They supposedly came out & ""fixed"" the problem but AS always, whenever they do work they have to come back 2-5 times before they get it right! My electric water heater went out. They showed up at 5:20pm the next day. Fixed....for 3 days. Then it's out again & I put in the work order to let them know it is still not working. This is Saturday so I get told they will be here Monday. I waited all day with no response & he never shows up. Tuesday I'm told he will be here & I get a text saying between 4-5pm. At 5:35pm, I get a text saying he got busy at another job & he will make it the next day. I ask what time & he says 10am. It is now almost 12pm & they still haven't arrived! They're work is cheap & the quality of their work is just as bad. The customer service? So bad I'm shocked they have customers! If I got to choose which companies worked on my apartment I would NOT choose this one. They just suck all the way around.

I highly recommend Green Planet Plumbing. Raul has done a great job on multiple jobs for me on different rental properties in Northeast L.A. and Montebello, from unclogging sinks to larger plumbing jobs such as installing tankless water heaters and new pipe installation. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable.

I just moved into a new house and had a toilet leaking problem. Raul flushes my toilet and listens to the sound. Like a doctor, without me describing any symptoms, he was able to diagnosed the problem got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend Green Planet!

A GEM OF A COMPANY.

By FAR the best experience I have had with anyone in the service industry. Raul couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. He responded immediately after I called him, and came over a few hours later. His estimate was much cheaper then everyone else's, and did a FANTASTIC JOB. Raul is a talented man, and an even better human being. Put simply -- Hire Raul.

Raul Ceja a plumber at this company scammed me.......stole my money!!!!

My comment was written on 9/23 the job was not done on this date..truth is people beware..this guy overcharges esp. if you are Latino...a member of my family was scammed by this guy... get several estimates not just Raul Ceja's estimate.

I am not contacting you!!! People there are legit plumbers that will do a good job and not try to screw you like this guy!

You know how you feel when you have a clogged sink or drain? OMG what am i gonna do, how much is this gonna set me back, what if it's some horrible nightmare job and I can't afford it?
Then you go on Yelp and you find someone with 5 stars and you call them and hope they call back.
Raul at Green Planet did. Set up for the next day. He came on time and managed to pop the clog in 5 minutes at most. I paid $120. That seemed reasonable to me to get my kitchen back.

These things happen. And this was my experience. Don't freak out. Call Raul.
