Founded in 1955, Green Line is one of the oldest liquid waste and sewage companies on the Central Coast. Lee Fletcher opened the first Roto-Rooter in Monterey County, marking the start of our history. In the 1970s, Lee passed the business to Priscilla and John Grider, the second generation of the family. The Griders purchased Tom's Septic Tank Service and soon after established Green Line Liquid Waste Haulers. In 2006, Kim and David Phillips (the third generation) transformed Green Line into a comprehensive liquid waste company providing services that include sewage pumping, grease hauling, hydro-jetting, and video inspections of waste systems. Currently, we are a member of the Don Chapin Family of Companies, known as Green Line, a Liquid Waste Company. Together with Tom's, Green Line stands as the most established and thorough liquid waste service provider on the Central Coast, boasting a legacy of more than sixty-five years.
