Founded in 1955, Green Line is one of the oldest liquid waste and sewage companies on the Central Coast. Our history began with Lee Fletcher, who established the first Roto-Rooter in Monterey County. In the 1970s, Lee passed the business to Priscilla and John Grider, the second generation of the family. After acquiring Tom's Septic Tank Service, the Griders launched Green Line Liquid Waste Haulers. In 2006, Kim and David Phillips (the third generation) transformed Green Line into a comprehensive liquid waste company providing services that include sewage pumping, grease hauling, hydro-jetting, and video inspections of waste systems. Today, we belong to the Don Chapin Family of Companies and are recognized as Green Line, a Liquid Waste Company. Alongside our sister company Tom's, Green Line is the leading and most comprehensive liquid waste service provider on the Central Coast, with a history of over sixty-five years.
