Recommended Customer Reviews

Excellent customer and plumbing service. I had a hot water heater in a upstairs condo unit leaking and I was so glad that I called Green House Plumbing. The very nice dispatcher got a plumber out within 45 minutes and did an outstanding job replacing the hot water heater. I am so happy to have found Green House Plumbing and will always call them for my future plumbing needs!

The whole service experience is good, except that they actually scheduled my appointment on the wrong day. However, they are nice and reschedule me really quick and keep updating their availability with me. The technician is nice and knowledgeable. They really deserve a 5 star!

Prompt, polite, and good communication. Definitely concerned about doing what's right for the customer and customer service. I also felt like they were pretty honest on what I should fix vs needed to fix.

Zimri did a great job clearing my slow drain. He was very thorough and even ran the snake through one more time just to make sure everything was draining properly.

The faucet of kitchen sink was leaking. Technician showed up on time, and fixed it quickly. He was very humble. We will definitely recommend Green house plumbing and will call in future as well

I had a new basement floor drain and drain pipes put in and am very happy to report that the entire team at Green House Plumbing are top notch. Everything Green House did, from booking the appointment to ultimately getting the job done, demonstrated that they take customer service very seriously.
I have hired several different plumbers over the past few years with varying degrees of success. Now, I think I have found a plumbing company that I can trust with all my future plumbing jobs.

After moving into our condo we immediately needed a new expansion tank. I got an appointment for the very next morning for the replacement and a complimentary inspection. Very professional, fast, and great customer service. Thanks for the help! Would definitely recommend GHP and work with them again.

These guys are timely, responsive, courteous, and competent. We had a leak in the shower at our condo dripping water into the condo below. I made many calls to different providers to get someone out. Greenhouse responded and showed up on time. In subsequent appointments, they were always on time and at times early and waited outside so that they will be on time. The work was very good with explanation of what needed to be done. All in all, very satisfied and recommend them.

Zimry, of Green House Plumbing, came to our house at the time of the appointment. He shut off the water to our building, which was required since we do not have a water turn off valve in our unit. He and his helper then worked hard to replace our failed valve and add an ice maker water supply line. He did an excellent job and it was a big relief to have this job completed. I will not hesitate to use Green House Plumbing again if I have a plumbing problem.

Don't trust their work and double check before you pay them.
They should be thankful that there isn't rating below 1 star.
I found a leak one morning (droplet every 10-15 seconds) and called around to find earliest appointment and found Green House Plumbing. Thought I was lucky that there was a company who can come out next days and service the problem. And they were located just few blocks from me so I thought if there was a problem they can just come out again and fix.
Their so called ""inspector"" came out and went through the house. The leak was at the bottom floor below kitchen on 2nd floor. Turns out it was broken part of dishwasher water hose that was leaking the water.
Their ""Tech, inspector"" said he located the issue and even showed me a video he took and said he will shut the valve to the dishwasher and it will stop the leak. He also mentioned that water droplet will stop once all the residual water drains from the floor.
A day goes by and droplet didn't stop, next day droplet became a shower more constant and water was accumulated in alarming rate.
I decided to inspect myself. Checked everywhere thinking maybe the ""inspector"" guy missed something. after going through all 3 flights I checked the under the sink next to dishwasher and checked the valve....it was still unshut.
After $176 and hours of inspection, guy failed to shut the water down.
I stopped the water. Called their office and left a very unpleasant message.
The owner/GM came out next day with the so called ""inspector""
I explained what I found and show them the damage that their negligence caused....whole floor was soaked and wood buckling.
Their excuse ?! The technician was afraid that he might break the valve so he didn't turn all the way.
I responded: What? If you were afraid that it might break why didn't you tell me that you didn't shut it off completely so I can shut it off ? You thought it was OK to let the water leak to whole wooden floor ?
The owner/GM says it is partially my mistake that I did not recheck and didn't called them again !
Really? Why did you charge me $176 for 2 hours than if I have to second guess your work?
He asked me what can he do ? So I said refund of $176 to start and I don't know what next since I have no clue how much and how long it will cost to replace the floors.
He said he will be in touch.....
Whole damage escalated to $20,000. Because their technician decided that he don't want to take chance of old valve breaking (even though it was pretty new and good shape) and by not informing me that he did not shut the water down completely the whole floor was damaged.
Lucklly insurance is covering the replacement of the floors but now after 1 and 1/2 months (insurance inspection, estimate, material location took 1 month) later I am still waiting for flooring material to arrive next week and another 1 week for work to be done.
Wasn't able to use kitchen in most cases and my floor is exposed with nail pins still here and there, we have blankets over more of exposed floors but dust is getting everywhere and my 4 kids in danger.....and spending a lot of money in take out meals because our kitchen is half unusable.
They caused me and my family a great deal of hassle and inconvenience and not even a phone call trying to solve the issues that might cost them money.
If I were you I will not hire them but if you don't have choice but to heir them make sure you recheck everything they did.
They are an incompetent bunch that cannot shut a freakin water valve properly and would not take responsibility when money costing damage arise from their negligence.
I am going to inform every internet community know this is not a company to trust.
