I called Green Hills Plumbing for a repair on my clogged bathtub drain. Their employees were professional, quickly available, on time, excellent at communicating the repair work, and well-priced. The actual work took only about 30 minutes, which included going down into my crawl space, and then my drain was working good as new. I highly recommend this company and will be calling Green Hills Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I had an extremely positive experience setting up this appointment. They fit me in to a seemingly busy schedule and the man in charge of setting it up was very pleasant and polite. However, when the plumber arrived to my condo, he was very condescending and very rude. He got water all over my bathroom and smelled of cigarette smoke. He kept questioning why l wanted my shower fixed. I felt as though he was talking down to me the entire visit.

I am writing this (5 Star) review after Green Hills Plumbing located in Madison TN completed their outstanding work on the extensive job of replacing every single water line in our entire house. Throughout our home renovation, my wife and I have dealt with dozens of contractors for all the various aspects of the project. Of all these contractors, I can say Green Hills Plumbing tops the list with their incredible customer service and dedication to the highest quality.

Jason, one of Green Hills Master Plumbers did most of the work and oversaw the rest. He is extremely courteous, professional, hardworking, and extremely talented at his art (I'm not using the term ""art"" lightly here). In addition, I'm a very detail oriented person, and he was extremely patient with me in discussing and addressing every single concern that I had.

Finally, Mark, the owner, is the type of person where if he says he is going to do something, you can count on the fact that he will. He is honest, and I can tell that the satisfaction of his customers is important to him. If you are looking for very high quality and reasonably priced plumbing work, I give Green Hills Plumbing my highest recommendation.

I woke to a lake in my condo hallway. Within a few hours my old leaking water heater had been replaced. They worked with my insurance company in and around Serv Pro, as the new water heater had to be moved and and reinstalled as the floor was dried underneath. Everyone was friendly and professional, and honored the original estimate given at the beginning. I recommend Green Hills Plumbing highly.

We used Green Hills plumbing to install a larger water heater. During installation, they dug into the ground to install the larger water heater in the dirt floor under our house. They hit the water table, and since their installation, we now have to go under the house and re-light the pilot light every time we have a strong rain. Even more seriously, we now have a serious issue with water standing under our house when we have a strong rain. I contacted Green Hills Plumbing several times and they did nothing to solve the problem that they created. I have called two other plumbers to come and give us a solution. Both have said that Green Hills Plumbing created the problem and should fix it. At this point, Green Hills Plumbing does not return my call. We are hiring another plumber to fix the problem that they created at great cost to us.

Real Deal Folks!

I found Green Hills Plumbing on the internet and they caught my eye for several reasons. Family Owned Business, Great Reviews, and on Angie's List.

And my decision to use them to replace my water heater was the right one!

I spoke to Ken in the office and he was very courteous and helpful and scheduled a service call sooner than I had expected.

The serviceman Jerry Nelson was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

The water heater looks and works great! I will definitely be using Green Hills Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I've used other larger plumbing companies in the past, but did not have a good experience. I woke up with my hot water heater busted and water running everywhere!!! I called in early in the morning and had a plumber there within the hour. They hauled off my old busted water heater and replaced with a new one that had a 8 year warranty on it. So pleased with the friendly service. I found them on the internet and used a coupon from their website, so I found that the pricing was reasonable.
