STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE OK BEING CHARGED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! When I was referred to Nick to install my new sprinkler system he seemed like a good guy. He had all the toys and the right price. It was only after I tried to use the sprinklers for the first time that I had a problem. 1/3rd my sprinkler heads broke on the first use. When I called Nick, he sent one of his guys right over to fix the issues. The guy left telling me that it was no charge... Then I received a bill. When I questioned the bill, Nick was very upset that I didn't just pay it, but I had thought it was just a misunderstanding and we worked it out. Despite that experience, I referred him to a family member. Nick no call, no showed several times and when he finally did show up, he started to complain about me!! Terribly unprofessional, especially since I thought we worked everything out. So, I called to ask if everything was OK and he started saying that he needs to get paid because he is a seasonal business. When I told him that I just need to know ahead of time that I am being charged he got upset and started saying it is common sense. I should pay him 3 times a year no questions asked or he doesn't want to do business with me. Unless you want a bigger headache, go with someone else.
