Can you do 5 starts TWICE??

As a new home owner, you never want to start using your home warranty for fear of getting a ""bad apple"". Kyle and Trevor were so responsive when started my claim for my water pressure regular. They were efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and got the job done. Even my neighbors were asking them questions and getting business cards.

I called First American Home Warranty and submitted 2nd claim. Little did I know my water heater was going to leak. I asked if I could get Green Globe back and rarely do they take requests, but it just so happens it worked out to get Trevor back. I think this was the fastest claim and solution ever. Trevor was quick, Kyle and Greg were also helpful too! In just three days I had a new water heater and welcomed my hot showers again.

Green Globe is the BEST company out there. We have had plumbing repairs done by Green Globe and was more then satisfied. However we wanted to remodel our three bathrooms. Tom came out and gave us very reasonable quotes. Tom was very patient with us as we started to remodel each bathroom. He was extremely professional. Everyday during contraction, Tom or Vick would come inspect the remodel and check in with us ( the home owners), to make sure the remodel was coming along with our expectations. The job sites were always left clean. I can't thank them enough. This is a family owned business and they will give you the personal care and workmanship your home needs. Craftsmanship tends to get lost these days with large companies. Green Globe is not that company. They go above and beyond to make sure the remodel is done correctly. When you need remodeling, CALL Green Globe. You will not de disappointed.

Thank god for Trevor at Green Glove Plumbing and Construction. I'm so glad that I met him through First American Home Warranty because now I have a reputable plumber contact for life, for my home and business. He first helped with a toilet leak and then a water heater/gas fireplace leak. There's no job that is too much for Trevor. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! I can not recommend this company enough, especially Trevor! He was prompt professional and thorough. The Mrs and i have homeowners insurance and by chance were assigned Trevor to fix a toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom. He was able to fix the problem in under half an hour(failed wax seal) but also checked the rest of the house for any other leaks. Then a few weeks later we smelled gas coming from the water heater and gas fire place, we asked for Trevor to be assigned. He fast tracked our case with the insurance company, he arrived a couple days later and got everything working in a few hours, new water heater and all. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this guy.

My home warranty company referred me to Green Globe plumbing and these guys are great. They came out quickly and took care of the problem/leak behind my dishwasher. Tom was super friendly and gave me great advice as to what to do next. This will be my go to company from now on

I had Trevor come over to replace my kitchen sink which was leaking. He did a great job and I want to recommend him as he was very knowledgeable and trust worthy. He even replaced the caulking around the sink.

First American referred Green Globe Plumbing to me Three Days after the repair order. It turns out First American did not even reach out to Green Globe until this morning. Green Globe reached out and offered to help. Which I repected greatly. I contacted First American and they completely tried to blame Green Globe and then hung up when provided with the information.. TWICE... Green Globe.. I wish I had spoken to you Immediately. I will be contacting you in the future for such needs and CANCELING my First American Warranty.. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible.... 6 days and no return call to get appointment. They were hired by my home warranty company. I actually believe these plumbers are out of business.

Beware - Abraham @ Green Globe Plumbing 949-290-7214

Abe was dispatched by First American Home Warranty to repair a leak for the Refrigerator valve & pipe. He did replaced the leak however instead of installing a correct 1/4"" valve, he installed a 3/8"" valve. I didn't noticed the different size valve until he has already left. He is intentionally screwing with his customers.

Now he is refusing to return to do it right.

First American Home Warranty is reimbursing me to fix what Abraham did.
