I am so disappointed in this company. We've been trying to work with them to get our hot water fixed in our Navien system. The initial visit to just come out is $99. They kept coming back with parts and charging us each time they came $150. Then we did an entire flush of our system for $600 and finally they told us the control board needed to be replaced again another $150 and the next morning we walked down to our basement being entirely flooded with water pouring out of our Navien system. They did absolutely nothing to help clean the flood. Said it wasn't their problem. There is always a better option then Green a Energy.
Green Energy installed a ducted Fujitsu heat pump for my house in late 2015. At every step in the process they were professional and responsive, and I was very happy with the install. The system just had its first failure, and they resolved it quickly and for just the $99 service call fee. Again, the service tech was professional and very competent, and I couldn't be happier with the response.
I am now considering them for replacing my boiler and hot water system.
Eric L.I gave them 5 star review last year for their professionalism and comparative price. However, thing changes after a year unfortunately.
My same AC leaked on Sat, i called them for service. The Tech said that he would come in in 30 mins. 45 mins later he called back to confirm that I would have to pay $175 for service fee because my annual maintenance contract with them expired 2 months ago. He also said that if I wanted to renew contract, $175 would be credited to my account and the office would call me next week to handle paperworks. I agreed and be fixed it.
When i called the service today. The lady was rude. She could not answer any question i had ( how many time/ year for clean&check service, how many unit that will be covered.,, ).
When i mentioned the $175 credit, she said that Tech was giving wrong information. It was not part of contract.
I know people make mistake but it was verbal agreement between my business and your employee before he worked. Whatever he said, you stand behind and take responsibility.
She was rude and always interupted me on the phone. Stay away from this business. You got my $175 but you lose a regular customer.
Kristen W.Professional, efficient HVAC service. Our AC wasn't working, and they were super accomodating, gave helpful advice, and are very much customer-focused.
We used their service twice and both were awesome and professional. The first time I called, we were 1 day before Soft opening event and nine HVAC system in my store worked!they sent Terry on the next day to save our big day.
The 2nd time call after a month for different issue, Jan the phone operator recognized me and my business immediately!!! Very impressive. Then, they sent Terry out again in an hour.
Terry is professional and responsible. We talked a bit , and I really appreciate their customer service and caring. We signed 1 year service contract with them.
Highly recommend Green Energy Mechanical
Tyler B.Jen and Jonathan at Green Energy Mechanical were great to work with. After getting several (5) different quotes, Jonathan clearly stood out. He spent 45 minutes with us for a walk through, clearly explaining everything they would do. The price was competitive and the level of service was great. Both he and Jen were easy to communicate with if we had any questions or issues and we are extremely happy with the end result.
We contracted Green Energy for the installation of a new ac system and a conversion of an old steam radiator to forced hot air.
I would highly recommend them.
I'm very satisfied with the service this company delivers. from the first visit to the installation day. i needed a new furnace and AC after getting couple of quotes with other company i felt green energy was the most affordable and offer better package. The communication between the office and their customer is greet makes the entire process run smoothly, Jen was great always very prompt with her emails and calls. Jonathan was very knowledgeable of product and very accommodating with any concern. my insulation date was end of August 2016 it took one day and im a happy customer!
Thanks so much for great and smooth process.
Kathryn R.I would like to give them no stars but that is not an option. We had a terrible experience with this business. A year ago, we had a heating system and a humidification system installed. Jonathan, the owner, was out on vacation and had his crew come and install the entire system. The first thing that we noticed was the loud sounds coming from the unit and they came back twice to try and fix it but couldn't figure it out. Then the humidification system leaked -- they came back to try and fix it and had someone paint the ceiling. We thought they were great but then it happened again and worse this time. We had a huge leak in the attic -- thankfully my husband is handy and was able to turn it off. This time, they said they couldn't fix it and offered us $200 as a refund for the humidification system. I told them I wanted a working system not $200! He said that was the best they could do and refused to pay for someone to paint the ceiling again. We have since asked for an estimate from two other contractors to fix it. they said that the humidification system NEVER should have been installed in the attic in the first place, second the sound was due to the fact that the duct work they used was incorrect so all the duct work would have to be replaced. Their estimates cost more than the original system!! Do yourself a favor and do not use these people. I will be making a complaint to the BBB as well. I am happy to speak personally to anyone who wants to discuss our experience. I don't make bad reviews lightly but this is ridiculous. I have a whole system in my attic that does not work and a loud humming sound that wakes my little one up every time the system goes down.
Great service, very satisfied with everything! I had no heat in my house, I gave them a call and they arrived at my house within an hour. Very professional, prompt, honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Green Energy Mechanics installed an AC system for us. They were great to work with, pragmatic in their approach and gave several options for hardware choices. The AC is working well, the duct work has been done in a way that is least visible and the unit is very quiet.
