We first met Dylon and team when they came to fix the giant mess created by a San Diego ""big name plumber"" and they quickly became our go-to guys! They are prompt, knowledgeable, great communicators, extremely tidy and respectful of property, and stand by their work. Dylon, Freddie, and Josh certainly have seen some scary stuff here, yet they keep responding to our calls when new problems arise. There's no one else we would entrust with replacing our damaged drains or wrangling hair monsters from the tub! :)

I was referred to Green Earth San Diego to inspect and repair a leak from an upstairs bathroom that eventually soaked through the kitchen ceiling. They sent two working first thing in the morning to inspect the source and right away they were able to locate the pinhole leaks in two different pipes. Before doing anything they made sure to keep me informed along the way and provide me with options. They replace the copper pipes and took care of the issue without delay and they finished the job in a matter of a few hours.

Afterwards, they informed me that there was a different area in the pipes that were also corroded and they suggested that it be repaired too. I felt no pressure from them as they nearly suggested it to avoid the same issue down the line since the house was built in the 70's and the pipes were old. They repairs the additional areas also and gave me a sense of confidence that I didn't have to worry about this headache again.

Dylon contacted me and sent me pictures and videos of what needed to be done. It didn't feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me as they explained everything each step of the way.

I highly recommend Green Earth San Diego and can't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience. They have very reasonable prices and quality work. I'm glad to help out a local small business that also stands for a good cause.

We needed an old cooktop removed and a new cooktop installed. The guys carried the old cooktop to the curb for trash collection. The new cooktop did not quite fit the same space (of course, granite needed cutting). However, they installed a new gas valve and charged us nothing ""because they could not finish the job."" We will definitely call them next time we need work performed.

Had to pleasure of working with the green earth team at both a residential property and a commercial site. The team should up promptly at 7am. Everyone showed up ready to work and got the area cleaned up in a timely manner. Even after they removed all of the junk. They swept the whole area leaving it even cleaner than before.
