A plumbing technician was scheduled for Monday following my call on preceding Thursday. Monday morning they called to set a time and told me the technician's name, who arrived on time. He was happy and knowledgeable. He repaired a broken shower head neck that was in a difficult position quickly with a simple method. An old dripping faucet set needed to be replaced; from the store he texted me a photo so that I could approve the new set, which he installed efficiently.

Justin (owner) came out and fixed a leak at my washer. What I thought was going to be a full replacement ended up being a very minor repair.
