We hired Chaz for another job! This time to install a main water shutoff valve + pressure regulator in our house, as well as replacing a dozen valves. They arrived on time and got everything done in a few hours. Same as last time, they were clean (shoe covers, indoor rugs), and doubled checked that there's no leak before checking out. All done at a reasonable price.

We needed to have a new sink installed in our master bath. We converted from a single sink to a double. We called Green City Plumbing and the owner Chaz came out to do the estimate. He was on time and called before he arrived, which we really appreciated. The price he quoted was the price we paid. We were very happy with the quality of their work, how quickly it was done and the price. I have no problem recommending them and would use them again in the future.

Let's rewind a bit. So, being the ""handy"" (hah!) person that I thought I was, I tried to DIY install my own new faucet (by removing the old one). Upon trying to turn off the cold water supply, it started leaking... Well, that wasn't in anything I've seen before.

Panicking, I started a ""project"" on Yelp. Among the quotes I received, Chaz (the owner) was super responsive on a Friday evening. I was able to book a next-day morning visit within budget (paid halfway between the quoted range - which was awesome! Chaz happened to live in nearby white center so I (over in Alaska junction) could get on the schedule on a Saturday!

Chaz arrived at the quoted time and was respectful of the space (had his own boot covers), gear, asked to borrow things when needed, like rags / a pail to catch the water).

Throughout the visit, I had transparency into pricing (quoted range), what Chaz was working on, and he answered all of my incessant questions about random things that could go wrong. He brought all of his own tools.

I'm grateful I called Chaz - he was in and out within an hour - and I was able to go on with my day, and a new faucet!
