Hired the company for a new roof 4-years ago, to tear off and reroof a 2-story house. I physically couldn't get up on the 2nd story roof to verify work. Painters this year discovered that ""Mike-Green City never tore off last 3 rows of old roof and rainwater doesn't get to the gutters and the whole mess has been causing dry rot on the facia boards let alone the sheathing. Mailed the owner certified mail asking to fix it and he has ignored the entire negligence and poor workmanship the company done.
NEVER will hire or trust this company to do a roof or any work. (See photos)

Aaron and his crew did a great job and were very responsive with any follow-up. All work was installed correctly and communication was great.

I called them out to fix a leaking pipe and not only did they show up in a timely manner but they where very efficient. They fixed the broken pipe in no time at all and even gave me a piece of sheet rock for the part of the wall they cut out, they didn't have to help by doing that but they did! They both where very respectful and knew what they where doing!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a repair! 5 stars in my book and I'm a person that tells it like it is!!

When we were selling our home, the buyers inspector wanted a few repairs done , we hired Mike and his crew at Green City to carry out those repairs. They did it very quickly and neatly. When the inspector reinspected the home and found a few additional fixes, Mike's crew returned promptly and fixed them right away.

We were very happy with their work, and do plan to hire them for future projects :)

I hired Mike and crew after an9ther less reputable contractor started my contract and disappeared without pay leaving my project third of the way done. Mike showed up to see the site and give a bid to complete the project. They took measurements and asked questions and really seemed to get what I needed done. In a couple days I got the formal bid and was very pleased with the reasonable price and the set completion date in 10 days. I was excited by how the project was going to forge ahead and get done soon.
This is where my excitement ended. His crew showed up and did woork maybe once a week. No one ever calls if they're coming that day or not no matter how inconvenient it is. One time two whole weeks went by without a word or appology. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. Its been over a monnth and there's still severeal small projects left to be done. The work they dodo is good if you're willing to wait for it. I plan on giving myself a healthy discount when I pay

After our experience with Green City we would not allow them on our property again. They did thousands of dollars in damage to our landscaping, killing shrubs and trees. They promised to pay for the damage and that was the last we heard from them. They never returned phone calls or replied to emails about paying for the destruction they caused. Over two years later we're still waiting for them to pay for what they did.
