Dean is awesome! Let me tell you my experience.

My tenant lives in the top unit of my two unit apt. This morning he texted me that the heater wasn't working correctly. It is very cold these couple of days so immediately I was investigating the issue. Apparently I realized I had a thermostat installed improperly a couple weeks ago in my tenants up unit. Every time the tenant turned on the thermostat to heat, the furnace and the AC condenser would turn on. At first I thought he was using the thermostat improperly but today I realized the previous technician wired the new thermostat incorrectly.

As I learned what the issue was, I try to reach the previous technician but he was nowhere to be found! So as a landlord I can't have my tenants out in the cold with the AC on... I immediately searched for ac/heater technician in my area. But today is a Saturday and also Veterans Day so I wasn't too optimistic I can have someone come out to my place so quickly. I did a quick yelp search for a technician and Green Apple came up around my area. I gave them a call and Dean picked up. He was currently on a job but he said he can service me right afterwards.

To my surprise Dean showed up at my doorsteps at 8:15pm on Saturday Veterans Day. This just shows he is very responsive and hold true to his word that he will show. He quickly opened up my thermostat, did a quick diagnostic test and immediately knew what the problem was. He rewired it correctly and finished the job in 10minutes. He told me that the previous technician had no idea what he was doing. Most of these guys that calls themselves an AC guy is not even knowledgeable in this field. Having my condenser running below 50 degrees outside can have it blow any minute. I was extremely upset of how the previous tech handled the job and I am so grateful to have Dean checked out my thermostat. This guy is super awesome, reliable, straight forward and good pricing given that it was a weekend holiday!

I cannot be thankful enough for Dean and Green Apple Plumbing. We literally brought home a newborn 4 day old baby to our home two nights ago, and at 2am, our AC stopped working. NOT good when it was 85+ degrees outside and his room was approaching that number inside. In a panic, I scoured the internet to see if there were any plumbers who took emergency calls. Green Apple got the call, and Dean answered, asking what the issue was, and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. Well, he showed up in only 20! He thoroughly checked the units, went into the attic, checked out the thermostats, asked questions to help discover the issue and did some diagnostic work. Within 30 minutes he knew what the problem was, and how to fix it. Within 10 minutes, everything was working good as new! Our baby finally got a good nights sleep and Dean was truly the hero! His pricing was also fair when it came time to settle up, and aside from all that, he was a genuinely nice guy! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for our plumbing needs! As a landlord that doesn't live in jersey I can say that I trust these guys to take care of all my properties with no hesitations.

Honest plumbers are hard to find now a days, but thankfully I have found one with lots of integrity and honor.

I have recommended then before to plenty of my friends and family and will do so for a long time.
