Never used them before, never will.
Water heater pilot will not stay lit, a half decent technician should check and see if there is something wrong with the electronics. They replaced the thermocouple and nothing, will not fire up, problem remains.
Solution buy new water heater, cheaper than fixing it.
Tech was nice but not knowledgeable of Bradfordwhite water heaters.

I have no idea who is leaving such positive reviews because I didn't have any , they came to my house and we're overpriced and they prey on you needing emergency services so they can over charged you in your time of need . I'd stay away , but that's just me.

I called the company to check my water pressure in the house because it was running low. They checked it and told me the obvious and gave me no solutions nor did they fix it and charged me $133.00. I couldn't believe it!!!!!!!! I will never use them again!!! Very unhappy........ Em

Getting great service when you're in a pinch is one of those rare things that, when it happens, you don't forget it. And that's what we had with Green Apple earlier today. An ac issue popped up and with a newborn in the house, that can be problematic. We called another '24 hour' outfit in the area but couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. We called Green Apple at 7:45 and they were here by 11, right when they had said they would be. Our ac issue was fixed by 12:30 and everything is working perfectly again. Fantastic service all-the-way around, will be back for all heating and cooling needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I needed plumbing service for my home bathroom twice in 30 days, but luckily Green Apple was able to make themselves available to fix the toilet issues in my home in a super timely manner.

Both mechanics were super professional and honest.

Good, honest service is hard to come by--and we were so lucky we did! First day of the frigid winter and our heat and hot water goes. Dean gave me an honest time estimate for arrival and got here and completed the job faster than any other service we've ever had. He walked in and knew almost immediately what the issue was. Gave us the cost, did the work and no surprises at the end. He took the time to explain how the system works and what went wrong and how to troubleshoot in the future. While I hope we won't need to call often, we certainly know who we will, if we do. And we will definitely be calling for a yearly check-up. Professionals with a wealth of knowledge. My hot water heater broke down.I contacted them and they were home in about 2 hours. They did an excellent job and the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again and also recommend them to my friends.
