My job order was very clear. I needed to replace 4 leaky bathroom valves (3 in master, 1 in hall bathroom) with turn angle valves, in addition to adjusting two toilet flanges that sat 1 inch above the newly installed floor. Two of the leaking valves were not replaced, while two other ones not leaking were replaced. Since the plumber was excellent, did great work, and was an all around nice guy, I paid him in full on the condition he could come back to fix the oversight, which he agreed. I took him at his word. After multiple missed appointments, he ended up blowing me off completely with no notice or follow up. I will now have to pay a second plumber, in addition to what I paid for this job. I trusted this company, my mistake. Oh well. . . . Lesson learned. :(

I had a very bad experience with this gentleman although it was some good and bad reviews on Thumbtack and other sites I went ahead and have him a chance to come and install a tub in my bathroom last month, first off it took all day from 9 in the morning until 9 at night, he is not very responsive you call him he'll send a text saying he will call you back to never call you back, his customer service and communication skills are very poor, about 3 weeks later after tub was installed a leak appeared in my basement bathroom and other area of my basement which damaged my drop ceiling I called a plumber who came out to my home removed the damaged ceiling tile snd looked all through my ceiling throughout my whole basement, then came back upstairs and after about an hour noticed my ceramic soap dish was damaged during install I notified Paul he asked for a photo of the soap dish which I sent then he said he would come out to repair, I text him because he doesn't answer when you call to get no response in a 24 hour period so I text him again he responded he would come out the next day which was Wednesday, so I text him back to ask what time to get no response and he never showed up the next day nor did he call, it is going on 3rd day and no response and I have a damaged soap dish, several damaged ceiling tile and can not take a shower due to water leaking into my basement. Please find you another contractor to do your work I got him off of Thumbtack and I will be reporting him to Thumbtack because this is not acceptable and I am trying to remain calm.

Do not waste your time here. They will not come to your location at all. They will make appointment but never show up. Try to call them? Good luck with that. They know your number and will not answer until you use different phone number! His name is Paul. Can not believe the conpany like this!

This review is based solely on my interaction with this business when I reached out for a quote. I contacted this business by phone on 6/10/2020 for an estimate on some repairs I needed done around the house- although the phone wasn't answered professionally, I went with it since they have good reviews on Thumbtack. I was asked to text pictures of the work I needed done- which I did later the same evening. As of today, I have yet to receive a quote or any indication that it's something they can or cannot do. Very unprofessional to say the least. Definitely won't be using them.

If there were an option for no stars, I would choose that. I operate a National facilities maintenance company and have hired Paul Langway on a number of occasions. He talks a good game, but rarely delivers what he promises. Schedules work then doesn't show up, doesn't return calls or emails, and usually has to return to at least once to complete the work satisfactorily. As I said, he talks a good game and I am gullible, so I continued to give him another chance. I finally learned my lesson and will never hire him again. You shouldn't either.

Reliable, honest and knowledgeable contractor covering a wide range of needs. They are my ""go to"" contractor. Their experience working with insurance companies was very helpful. I especially appreciate that they work with our schedule and clean up after themselves. Confident recommendation.
