The good: 1) showed up on time 2) he fixed the clog The bad: Charged $640 to do the following in 19 minutes 1) to unplug (via snake tool) bathroom shower 2) Checked one other sink to make sure water goes down 3). remove 4 screws from a cesspool tank to and make sure it wasn't full. We were quotes 300$ for this and ended up raising price when he left and sand bagged us. Yelling and ranting demanding payment. He is rude and crude. A true snake oil salesman. Run the other way from him.

Stephen did a top notch job of replacing my home water regulator, relief valve, and adding a ball valve. I could tell that my regulator was bad because when my toilets and washing machine were sounding funny when they were filling up with water and when I used by outside water hose the pressure was obviously higher.......They charged a fair amount. They will get a call from me with my next plumbing problem.

arrogant and total scam $700 for 10 min job which there was not even leak cut hole which he didn't have to cut ! That caused another $300 damage to seal the drywall so he cause $1000 bill !! all he did said the leak was at shower joint which i fixed day before he said look there is drip I looked and it was piece of drywall hanging i took it off he got mad I whipped it ! I told him we run the water 3 h no leak from there we run the water under pressure no lea!! he came did not even turned the water on and said the leak is there!! total scam !! he already came with story before seeing it!! He told the relator on the phone already that's where it USUALLY leaks! he charged the relator she paid him from our money than she told us how much was it so he already got the money we called him that $700 for 10 min job just to put seal between joint is outrageous he yelled said charge $500 just to show up he said emergency was 5 min from there it was 2pm work day. Other workers were there same day 4h didn't even charged that much!! there was no leak just the relator needed to find a leak because downstairs neighbor selling their condo said there is yellow spot on their scaling their workers cut their walks found like 3 y old mold . because his scam their relator said we are responsible took $20 000 from our escrow until we fix the problem which insurance said we not responsible!!! so this Greekz plumbing cause us a lot of money $1000s by his scam and he got paid $700 for lie there was no leak if he is honest he can tell there was fresh glue from day before I fixed it !! total scam!!! and he got a lot of these reviews. I asked around $70-170 job if it really leaked not $700 and it wasn't leaking he just came to rob us like he does on every day bases and no one stopping him ! seems he changed his company name several times according to reviews this Greek scam gives immigrants bad name I'm immigrant and this upsets me it's an island what goes around comes around!

We have used Greekz a few times for our plumbing needs (emergent as well as routine) and we have never been disappointed. Stephen patiently explains everything in a way you can easily understand. He also lets you know what options you have, which is certainly appreciated. He is honest, fair, professional, and affordable. He is and always be our ""go to"" for any and all plumbing needs.

I would give 0 stars for this company if I could. Overcharges and doesn't give receipts. Charged me $597.00 to change a garbage disposal. Asked for receipt for how much garbage disposal cost, he refused! Totally rip off. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company. Will never use again and let everyone I know what a scam this is.

I called him but he sent his partner Craig, who came with 8yr old boy as helper. The problem was that my bathroom ceiling was showing leak all through the ceiling starting from the inner wall where pipes and drains are. Craig didnt even check if apartment upstairs has anything leaking eg open fawcetts upstairs to see if it leaks downstairs, to isolate the source of the problen. He wanted to cut a hole in MY ceiling!!!!! There is nothing you can see there, say all handyman and pumbers who saw it. Craig should have cut upstairs. Last time i called Greekz to install tub drain and he looked at it and said he doesnt want the job.

These guys suck. I had a complete kitchen remodel. I hired Stephen to do the rough plumbing before the cabinets and countertops were placed. He did that job adequately, although the price was exorbitant. I then needed him to come back for the finish installation of the sink, grinder, dishwasher, and cooktop. He had no clue who I was or where the job was, and this was three weeks after he did the rough work. After I reminded him where the job was, Stephen and his partner showed up half hour after he said he would. They did less than half the work, and then vaporized. He failed to call back. Now I've got to find another plumber to finish the job, and probably will get a hefty bill for the hour work that he did today. Totally unacceptable. This guy has no idea about customer service.

I was GROSSLY OVERCHARGED by these guys for the basic work that they did. They did have a quick response time, they were able to come over the same day I called them. They then had to cut a hole in my drywall ceiling to diagnose the problem. Fine, it took all of 2 minutes to cut and see that it was a simple wax seal leak coming from the toilet above. He was able to pull the toilet, replace the wax seal, and add a plastic flange to make a better seal so it wouldn't leak again. It took roughly 30 minutes to complete the job. But when it came to the bill, he tried to charge me $100 more than what he quoted me ($320 quote which did seem high already but he had already started the work when he told me). Then when I corrected him, he regressed but added that the plastic flange was an extra $100. The total came out to $436. I was kinda shocked but paid and then later thought about it more and talked to a friend that does plumbing (on another island otherwise I would have had him do it) and he confirmed that it shouldn't have been much more than $100 total and that the wax seal and flange are cheap parts, less than $10 each. Furthermore, I was left with a hole in my ceiling that now I have to deal with. When I called back to question the charges they gave me the run around and finally I got them to send me an invoice to break down all the charges so I could better understand why it cost so much. According to the invoice, they charged me $161 to cut the hole in the ceiling and diagnose (less than 5 minutes of time), $131 to pull the toilet and replace the wax seal, and another $131 for the flange. Of course they made it all add up to the total they originally charged me so it would all check out on their end. Somehow I feel like the number was originally just made up by the guy doing the work though. Besides that they never re-caulked the toilet when the put it back. I know plumbers can be expensive but in my opinion, this was a ridiculous amount to charge for a simple job. Beware calling this guys if you are worried about costs and don't have major plumbing to do. There are much better cheaper alternatives out there!

Stephen with Greekz plumbing came to my rescue once again!!! We live in an older house and our pipes backed up again on a Sunday evening. Stephen was quick to respond and he was super awesome at explaining everything to me (I don't have any experience what so ever with this kind of stuff. LOL). If you're on Oahu or Hawai'i island definitely give Greekz plumbing a call. They are quick to respond, work efficiently, great value and they'll come on a Sunday. Thank you Stephen!!!
