My pipe under my sink burst at 3am in the morning and I tried to call a different company but there wasn't any answer. I called Greater Works and was able to get it fixed with no hesitation. The office staff was friendly and the guy who came out knew what he was doing and friendly. I give this business a 10 out of 10 . Highly recommend. I'm a customer for life. All my plumbing needs has been done by Greater works. I don't call anyone else.

I had a water main break and needed a plumber quickly. Greater Works did show up and do an adequate job of fixing the line, but said that they would need to return to fix the concrete outside my row home in south Philly. I called them several times. Each time they said they were sorry and get someone on it right away. After more than three months of calling and waiting, I gave up and contracted with someone else to finish the job. They may be OK plumbers but their business practices are disgraceful. I would avoid them if at all possible.

BEWARE ! Greater Works is really a Greater RIP OFF. These folks came to fix a clog in a line and did nothing but make a mess. They either didn't have the tools or didn't know what they were doing (me thinks both). They charged a bunch of $ and left and then we got a professional plumbing team here and within minutes they fixed it. They had this machine that almost instantly cleared the line and all was well, easy it seemed actually AND they were significantly less expensive. GREATER WORKS = GREATER RIP OFF !!!!

I pooped in my toilet and i clogged it. I called these people in to fix it, the toilet not my butt hole. The insulted my age and my beauty. Don't ever use this service.

BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don't give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!
