Scheduled an appointment for 1 o'clock. Heard nothing back. Called at 3:15
And got nothing but excuses. This was my only day off this week so I have to wait until next week to get someone else out here. A phone call would have been nice but I guess their phones are broke. Poor customer serviceI do not recommend them.

We knew that the flammable vapor sensor on our hot water heater was going out. I asked for estimates on the phone and through Yelp. The ones who responded did not want to do the repair- they only wanted to replace the entire hot water heater. It took about a week of back and forth before Mike got back to me and we set an appointment. He did it for a very reasonable price, was on time, pleasant and efficient.

Dexton came in with is mask on and efficiently/professionally took care Of my clogged garbage disposal/pipes. He Ensured that the disposal was tight and secured. Very honest and trustworthy company. When I spoke to the owner over the phone he could clearly assess what was required and he was right. Another Company came in and tried sell me $1,940

I called in first thing on a Monday morning after a few days of a severe cold weather front. They answered right away and said they could send someone the same day. I had already called a few companies and no one else could get me in same day. They actually came to fix a frozen pipe before a few companies even called me back to schedule an appointment. Justin was on time, was respectful about wearing booties over his shoes inside, and fixed a frozen pipe on the outside of my home. It was a fairly easy fix, and didn't even charge me for his work! I was very impressed with my experience with Greater Western Plumbing, and will use them again in the future.

We did a master bath remodel 2 1/2 years ago. The first problem arose when they sent out a new, young plumber. The height of the shower head was put to low--unusually low. Once we realized the shower was finished and would have to be ripped apart to move it higher. My husband who is 6' had to bend down to shower. We found a solution on our own, but it's not what we wanted.

2 1/2 years later we noticed a small leak in our ceiling under the tub. We were having other renovation work done in our house and asked that master plumber (Honest Plumbing) to take a look. He said the connecter was installed incorrectly and unevenly causing a very slow leak. Since we rarely use the tub, it had taken awhile to show up in the ceiling. He is 100% sure this was an error at installation. I contacted the owners of Greater Western to see if they would help cover the costs of the fix plus drywall repair, but they said it was ""past their 1 year warranty"". Really? Your plumber installed it incorrectly to begin with and you won't stand by your work? We're now out hundreds of dollars to fix this and thank goodness the whole ceiling didn't collapse.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. On time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. If you go anywhere else you are making a mistake and spending more money than you have to.
