Oh wow! I love this company. I was looking for a specialized item for a vintage hotel and called everywhere! Standard kept me on the phone for 20 minutes and then didn't care to even look for the item. Jenna at Great Western was so helpful - friendly and went out of her way to get my item from another store! I am so impressed with the customer service from this company! Oh did I mention that the price was better than anyone else in town? I will always go here for all of my plumbing needs!

Your employee with the beard that drives the Toyota Tacoma with license plate E32 6DY that decided I was ""tailgating"" him and turned on the road your building is on and slammed on his brakes, but oh I didn't hit him beccause I wasn't tailgating, and THEN he acted like he was going LEFT into your parking lot and instead cut RIGHT in front of me and CUT ME OFF and then told me what a ""terrible woman driver"" I was and AGAIN I didn't hit him because I WASN'T TAILGATING HIM, and he backed up and went into your building parking lot and parked and I followed him and took pics of his license and him getting out and he got out and said ""WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING"" UNBELIEVABLE AND HAD HIS NAME BADGE ON FOR YOUR COMPANY WOW WOW WOW WOW YA... SO what do you have to say for this behavior???????? My husband has worked in the Ogden Industrial park for years and we are a one car family, and I have NEVER had a problem driving out there like I did with this buffoon MIND BLOWING. Felt really THREATENED when he went left and then whipped right cross ways across the road, THAT is when Mr. Road Rage took it to a whole nother level and triggered me and I flipped and was SHAKING. NOT good at all, been sick all weekend over it, Ya have a stress disorder and don't need that in my life thank you very much.

By far the worst experience I've had with a business in years. Would give negative stars if I could. No accountability from top to bottom in this company! I was recommended by A.O. Smith, the manufacturer, to pick up a part from these guys. I called and they said they had it in stock and had pulled it and put it in will call. Drove three hours to find they did not have the part. They told me they could get it there in two hours from there Ogden location. I waited in Salt Lake for two hours and then they said they forgot to get it. This is what happens when you hire high school kids to run your business. Very inconsiderate and absolutely no customer service. Go at your own risk!

we've been given the run around. First thing i asked when i went into the ogden location was if they had a particular sink in stock. I was told yes. so after they charge our card, we wait for the sink to be located and loaded in the van. 20 mins later, they come and say that they don't have it in stock after all and they'll have to ship it from SLC to be delivered next day. We don't hear a peep from anybody. at all. if it's shipped, if it's lost in a warehouse like the ark of the covenant. nothin at all. I call and call and keep getting the ol, ""we'll check and call back""

...and here we still sit sinkless. you can do better.
