We had a simple clog in our kitchen sink that I could not remove.... after a few failed attemps of fixing it myself, I decided it was time to call a pro. Within an hour they were here at my home and snaked the clog about 40 ft down my kitchen line. Works like new and they were in and out in 30 minutes flat.

I was having problems with my hot water tank, and they came out very promptly and got it running again. They told me I might need a new one, and sure enough I did about a week later. Again, they come out promptly and did the repair quickly. There was hardly any down time. This is a small local company, which is one of the reasons I chose them.

I want to give a shout out and job well done to the owner and his son at Great Western Plumbing. They installed 2 internal vacuum hose bibs for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. The son had to crawl the length of the house in the crawlspace to do the job. At my age not something I am interested in attempting anymore. Thanks guys.

This rant is just based on husbands phone interaction with plumbing company this morning . I Was told when I met with plumbing company last June at property It was suggested that when I replace my water heater to purchase it myself since it was not a size they stock and they would install, now have water heater on site husband calls and is told ""when people are trying to save a buck by purchasing their own water heater it doesn't normally go well"" and they stated they are not Interested. This is ridiculous and frankly rude. not a way to run a business when I did exactly what was discussed from my formal meeting in person from their own company. I don't mind spending my money elsewhere but was trying to keep it with them . I'll move on.

They were responsive, flexible in scheduling, and reasonably priced. They arrived on time, quick and clean with the work, and cleaned up after themselves. They also took a minute to explain the work, which I appreciated. Will use again.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to do this one. My wife and I called about 10 plumbers. She was looking on yelp and I was on Angie's list. I was trying to find a plumber who would install a toilet in the guest bathroom. Every so-called five star plumber was overpriced by $200. Great western came out the next day and the technician was very friendly. He installed my toilet in less than one hour. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Our hot water heater exploded and flooded our garage. A friend recommended Great Western Plumbing to us. I called at 8 am. They were already busy for that day, but arrived at our home by 10:30 am.
They managed to find a hot water heater that fit the space of our old one. They picked up our new water heater and had it switched out within a couple of hours. Very professional and honest. Even showed my son how the water heater works!! We are pleased with this company!

I can't recommend this company enough. I have had two major leaks in different spots in the last 3 months and both times I have called great west plumbing to come out and fix it (both times they were able to come out the same day.). I had another big name plumbing company come out and give me a quote and they wanted around 700 to fix a drain pipe. I called great west the next day and had them come out and they quoted me 157 to fix it! They do great work and are completely fair with their pricing. Will use them again if I ever have a plumbing issue!
