After reading an article from IRWD, I checked my home for leaks. Based on looking at my water meter, I discovered a small/slow leak. Called Great Park Plumbing bc they got good yelp reviews and bc they specialized in leak detection. David and his crew came out to my home. They were actually early, and called to see if they could get started. After listening to my concerns and asking questions, they started looking for the leak. I was totally impressed that they found the leak in about an hour and had it fixed within another two. They cleaned up very well after and were really pleasant to work with. David and his crew were professional, polite, and efficient.

I rarely recommend anybody that works in our home, because we haven't had the best luck.... However, Dave and his crew from Great Park Plumbing have worked in our home twice now, (technically 3 times actually), and it's not a fluke...we really like them!

The work is quality...they are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very fair when it comes to pricing. At this point, we completely trust Dave for any plumbing issue that may arise. That's such a weight off the shoulders of people who have had NUMEROUS plumbing disasters to contend with.

Dave has honest upfront pricing on my garbage disposal replacement and drain cleaning. His crew arrived on time. They made the necessary replacement installation including replacing some hoses. Afterwards they cleaned up well which is much appreciated.

Dave and his crew were everything I could ask for. I had a new kitchen faucet installed, along with a faucet that had a small leak in my back yard. He genuinely took an interest and the following day checked with me to confirm there wasn't a potential problem which I had initially thought. He was fair with his pricing and very efficient. My water heater went and had to shut down the water in my home because the previous plumber broke my shut off valve and never told us. Had to wait for a plumber from my home warranty company to come and agree that my hot water tank needs to be replaced which took 24 hours and still no water in my home. I asked for him to just fix the valve so i can have cold water and be able to flush my toilets etc he told me he couldn't. My good friend and neighbor called Dave to come help us which he did and didn't even charge us. We now have water in our home and we are still waiting for our warranty company to come. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them in the future. Its very hard to find good honest and efficient people today. No one cares. Im so glad we found Dave!!

Dave is the kinda guy you would want to grab a cold one with. Friendly, professional, super-responsive when I called him about recirculating pump issue, he showed up later the same day to help quickly and easily resolve our problem. He knew we had a time constraint that day and he was proactive enough to send one of his staff before he was available to drain the hot water heater and prep to save time for us.

Responsive over texts and gives you a sense of comfort when explaining problems and how best to solve them. He was also kind enough to work with our home warranty company to confirm the repairs and help us get reimbursed.

Dave is awesome! I had a problem in my office and he took care of it almost instantly.
