They installed our new 75 gallon water heater quickly and cleanly. When we had an issue with the Thermostat, they came out to remedy right away. I would highly recommend Great Park Plumbing. We were pretty frustrated that after paying to have a pipe cleared out it was not working 2 days later. We called and spoke with the manager Jay and he said they do not warrantee any work. How disappointing after using and referring them out for years. We had to have Galaxy plumbing come out and remove the material from the line. I do not know if they have been sold but things have really changed at Great Park!

I've used GPP on a few occasions for various projects. These guys are really awesome! Jay and Alfredo came this week to take care of a clogged toilet. They were not only on time, but early! Polite, knowledgeable, communicated clearly the problem and super clean, leaving our bathroom in excellent condition. Writing this review after at least 1/2 dozen jobs, and they just keep getting better each time. Look no further!

David was excellent, professional, and safe -- which, given the date with the COVID pandemic going on, was very much appreciated. David showed up with a mask and gloves on, ready to go. He responded quickly to our emergency issue and showed up fast.

His work was excellent too. We discovered some minor flooding in our garage and an audible hissing from a nearby wall. David immediately and correctly identified the issue. When he discovered not one but three different leaks, he replaced the section of piping quickly and eliminated the issue.

We would definitely recommend Great Park Plumbing to those in the area looking for a reliable and safe plumber. For everyone at home now or in the future, this is the plumber to reach out to for help.

Great Park Plumbing has come to our rescue several times! Dave always responds quickly and understands that plumbing issues are often an emergency, yet he is fair and doesn't overcharge. When we had a pipe leak, he methodically diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. He also helped us with a hot water heater repair, dealing with the vendor to make sure the part warranty was honored. Highly recommend!

I had a really good experience with Great Park Plumbing. What I really appreciated is that this is a small business with a small team, which is great because they work well as a team take the time for you.

Dave, the business owner, is very responsive and helpful and was patient with me to explain things and what/why he is doing what he does. I had a major drain blockage in my kitchen that needed a major clean out and he his team really put time and effort into finding a resolution when the typical methods didn't work. They went through the usual looking at the garbage disposal, the T trap, the air gap, etc. (The fact that I listed all of these from knowing zero about sink plumbing shows how communicative the team is)

I haven't had too much experience with plumbing so it is comforting to have this type of support. Don't be afraid to ask questions guys! That is what you need to do if you want more detail on the job! The pricing seems relatively competitive: though I always recommend everyone to shop around for quotes. They do offer you a free quote so there is no harm in getting a quote from Great Park when you look around. Personally though, I think the extra time and dedication you get here would be worth coming here.
