Terrible customer service. I purchased an item from Lowe's on a Thursday, they (Lowe's) informed me I should get a phone call the following day to set up my install. Never got a phone call. The following Wednesday (almost a week later) I had to reach out to them to see when they were coming. The receptionist was a real peach. She informed me that they were booked and couldn't do anything until late next week. I told her this should have been done already, its not my problem that they are booked. They should have been the ones to reach out to me and they weren't. She was NOT helpful at all. I ended up going with a different plumbing company. But seriously don't book jobs if you can't do them in a timely manner! Don't say you are available when you clearly aren't. Business 101!

Installed 3 toilets and a dishwasher for Lowe's. Had great communications with the lady at the office - working with me to find a time convenient for everyone. The guys came out, very pleasant and installed everything without any problems. Looking to have them come back and handle some other plumbing work I need done

These guys work with Lowe's to install water heaters.

They could not have been more unhelpful when coming to do an estimate. The estimator was plain rude. I had to ask 3 times to figure out how to schedule an install -- it's like using words was painful for this guy. Even the receptionist was terse and unhelpful. With an experience this bad for an estimate, I'm not going to use them for the install.

These guys really seem to hate their lives, and make sure you know it.

Installed a new Sears water heater. Quick and efficient, no up-selling. Gave me the power vent motor off of my old unit, said I could sell it on eBay for about $75. Installation looks nice, cleaned up afterwards. No leaks or damage. Satisfied.

Lowe's contracts them to do installation for appliances. We had an installation scheduled. They said they would call that morning to set the time (inconvenient, but if that is their procedure, okay). They called and left a voicemail. I called back and left their installer a voicemail as directed. They didn't call back until the next day and never showed up. So basically a wasted day.

I ended up cancelling the whole order because I'm not wanting to deal with them anymore.

My experience with Great Oaks was the opposite of megan g's. They installed a cooktop stove and range hood which I purchased from Sears. They called in the morning to tell me the installer would be there between 11 and noon. When he (Eric) arrived on time, he was clean-cut, professional and courteous. He even removed his shoes each and every time he went in and out without my asking. He did a beautiful job installing both appliances. I was very pleased as in the past I have had some incompetent people show up to install appliances.

This company has a contract with Sears for installation. I purchased a range hood from Sears and this company was the installer. I should have known this was going to be bad when the lady called to set up the appointment and she hates when Sears gives out dates to customers because they have a schedule. The installers came and installed the hood and in the process crossed wires. I have lights that won't turn off now! I called to have them come out again and the receptionist said she would leave a note that was 4 days ago they haven't called. I called back and she said that it wasn't their fault but she would have them call tomorrow we will see!!!
