James with Great Guys HVAC was very helpful and responsive when servicing my air conditioning system. I have an unusual setup and when I had a different company come to check it out, they said they never worked with that set up before and I would have to pay extra for their time to figure it out. James was very familiar with my system and very affordable to service my A/C. He was prompt and professional and I couldn't be happier that I decided to use Great Guys. They wear masks and respect your space. I'm not sure I can trust a different HVAC company after these guys set the bar so high. From now on, if someone asks me if I know a good guy that does HVAC, I'll say no, I know a Great Guy!

Furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. On a Sunday too. Called a few places and Great Guys said they would be here in a couple of hours. They were as promised and they fixed the problem. 5 stars for that.

Of course, it was the weekend, and a holiday weekend to boot (Presidents Day), so they really gouged me on price. I'm not one to leave crappy reviews, but I looked up the cost of the part they replaced and they added a couple hundred right there. Yikes! I'd say they were at least 50% over what it should have been, and that is including reasonable charges for getting it fixed on a Sunday. Plus the repairman left a bunch of muddy boot prints all over. So, due to being gouged on price, they get 1 star.

Overall, 3 stars. Nice work, could have wiped up the mess, and it cost a fortune.

James and his team installed a new boiler and provided a new heating zone for our sunroom. We had a couple of hiccups getting the optimum heating for the newly enclosed space, but they did it! We now have an modern, eco boiler and 4 season room, thanks to Great Guys! Their customer service is exceptional - super responsive and friendly.

If I could give more stars I would. Arriving at our new home with furniture and belongings in tow late one night, we found that our one year old furnace had quit working days before and our house was a not-so-pleasant 44 degrees. We contacted Great Guys who came out in the middle of the night and immediatley determined the problem. Their techician was at the parts supplier the next morning when it opened, arrived at our home soon therafter and fixed our furnace, which inlcuded discovering that the company who had installed the new furnace had made a mistake which caused the part to fail. I can't say enough about the great customer service, response time and result.

I had a technician come out yesterday for a furnace tune up and was very happy with the service. Stephen answered all of my questions and was very efficient. The company was also very responsive & easy to deal with.

Our AC went out during a week of 95+ temperatures in August 2020. I called Great Guys on Monday afternoon, and was able to book an appointment for Wednesday. A technician came out and replaced the capacitor in our furnace, and warned that the furnace motor would likely need to be replaced in the near future. He also made some suggestions to increase the air flow in the system, such as spraying off the louvers on the AC unit and changing our filters more frequently than we had been.

A few days later the AC went out again, and then the temperature dropped 65 degrees overnight. I called again, and a technician showed up later that day and replaced the motor. But what impressed me most is he discounted what we had already paid on the first visit, saving us a couple hundred bucks on the replacement motor.

Great, friendly service, fair prices, prompt attention, and free advice.

I'm very impressed with this company and will use them in the future for my HVAC needs.

These guys are legit! Our AC went out at 9:30p on a Friday night in the middle of two weeks of 90+ degree temps. I submitted a request for a quote here on Yelp and Marcus replied within just a few minutes. The next morning we received a call from a tech who quoted us 1/4 of what another company did and he was at our house within an hour. James was awesome! He wore a mask and was super friendly and helpful in fixing our issue. So great to find honest repair folks who don't rake you over the coals for a weekend repair. Can't say enough great things.
