We have used Dakota and John twice now and have been very pleased with them and their work. Called them on a Saturday and they returned my call in about 1/2 hour, and said they could be here in a couple of hours. They showed up as promised and fixed our problem. So pleased that they don't charge extra for Saturdays. It is really a pleasure to deal with them.

We have used Dakoda and John from Great Flow Plumbing twice now. First, they installed new faucets in several bathrooms that were being upgraded. They came out exactly when promised and did the job beautifully. When we needed a follow-up, they came back, no questions asked, and addressed the issues promptly.

Next, the septic/plumbing backed up through the toilets and showers (on a weekend, of course). They came out within a couple of hours, again, as promised, took care of the problem (at NO EXTRA weekend pricing), and gave us a plan moving forward to avoid future issues.

They have been prompt, honest, fairly priced, knowledgeable, and have done a great job each time they were here. You can't ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

If you need a local plumber who is fast, on time, knowledgeable, and priced fairly call Great Flow Plumbing!! As someone who has worked within the plumbing industry, I know what kind of price gouging and low ethics are out there. I was really impressed with the knowledge and how quickly they took care of our issue. After going without facilities for a few days we can now take showers and go to the bathroom. Total perk is that they DONT CHARGE EXTRA FOR WEEKENDS!!! That right there is impressive enough in my book. Had I known that , we wouldn't have had to wait as long. I will call them from now on for my plumbing needs and tell everyone that needs a fair reliable plumber to call this father-son team!

Our kitchen sink drained very slow, they snaked it twice. By the second day when I was rinsing dishes it backed up again. It drains very slow. We called them, first told we would be charged again for them to come out. My husband said, no, we should not be charged again. Then John called a bit later, he said, he would come out and check it. They never showed up and never called.
$130.00 for service call and $130.00 per hour. They did come out the next day and did fix my bathtub cold water flow. They replaced a part in the facet. It was $468.00 for about 4 hour job. He also snaked the tub. I thought it was kinda pricey, but was glad to have good water flow in my shower. So we paid about $600.00 in two days with them and would NOT make good on Monday kitchen sink. I have to call another plumber. I will NOT pay another $130.00 for them to come out again.

Got to Kingman to see my parents, who are there 80's. Plumbing was backed up to septic tank. Called at 4pm on Friday afternoon and they came right out and we're able to clear the backup. They charged a very reasonable amount for the service. After speaking with them, they are a 7 day a week 24 hour a day plumber for service. They don't charge extra for late night or weekends. New business to Kingman that should be supported.
